Good Morning Gurus!
A fairly busy day ahead for me. Two shoots, and I'm supposed to get a spot edited today. Might happen... Might not. Probably going to take the plunge and upgrade my laptop's operating system from Mac 10.3 all the way up to the latest and greatest. (10.5) It will be a big jump. And I'll need to bump up my sorry machine from 512m to 2g of ram very soon, to get the best performance from the new OS. Well, that was pretty exciting for you guys, yes?  What's up for your Friday? |

Although they are calling for rain sometime tomorow and we have a All Corvette Fun Show and Cruise-In up in Gaithersburg, MD tomorow morning. I'm crossing my fingers that the rain waits until 4pm. Another dreary day here, but I think it must be getting ready to blow out of here, as I have a headache. I have a 9:30 tee-time tomorrow, crossing fingers for warm and sunny. I'd like to take a drive with the top off (the car's, not mine).

Its another day at the "financial factory". Thank G-D its Friday. This place starts to clean out by 2:00 or 3:00. I'll be gone at 3:45(after two beers vanish).

One week to go before Hot Rod Power Tour starts. This time next Friday, I'll be on my way to Little Rock. Anybody else here planning on doing any of this tour? CSS, your braver than I am. I am keeping my MacBook Pro at 10.4 for a little while longer. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  |

Well, aside from turning the big 4-0 today, I've had a wonderful day, work peeps lavished me with cards, money, cake, shrimp cocktail, cookies, ice cream, the works! Plus, it's a slow Friday for a change and looking forward to cookout tonight!

The Fossils Cruise Night takes place the last friday of each month, starting in May and continuing through October. October Halloween Cruise is the newest addition to our cruise night season. Cruise Night location is the Jackson Premium Outlets (formerly Six Flags Outlets) from 6pm to 10pm. Get there early because the parking lot fills fast and a parking spot is not guaranteed. It is said to be the biggest cruise night in the United States. You never know who just might show up at one of the Fossils Cruise Nights. In the past, we've been graced with the presence of Cindy Williams & Paul Lamatt (John Milner) from American Grafitti, Harrison Ford and Lou Ferrigno. We've also had some old time drag race celebrities and their cars as guests at our cruise. Our cruise is a family oriented event. We welcome all American made cars pre .1975. Cruise Night dates for 2008 are as follows: 5/30; 6/27; 7/25; 8/29; 9/26 and a Halloween Cruise |
