Here's a goodie from Prince, believe it or not...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7mSuNMZgUY (short version)

The look on Tom Petty's face is amusing.

And some old stuff,

from the guitar god.....

Jimi's "Star Spangled Banner"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFLy8eGtSYo

Check out the crowd's faces at 2:20... lol
Really not one of my favorites from him though, just... really out there.

I like Pearl Jam's "Alive" cd solo by McCreedy and of course Free Bird.

And this one - don't know if it's a great guitar song, but just a great song in general:

That was a good one! I was surprised to see Steve Martin?!?

If you like country, you've gotta love Charlie Daniels (yeah, so it's not so much guitar...)

Here's an amazing young friend of mine, Ben Litchman, playing the theme from Conan O'Brien's show. Conan's staff saw this on the 'net and had him come sit in with the band - unfortunately I can't find the clip of that:

A little Johnny A for ya - I recently picked up the CD this great cover of "Wichita Lineman" is on (Sometime Tuesday Morning, from back in the 90's). Very cool CD, lots of variety, from ballads to bluesy to funky to chickin-pickin' to surf.
