Good morning CGs!

Ahhhh...to be awake. Yeah, it sucks. Wasn't feeling well last night so I tried to hit the sack early. Unfortunately the baby had slept in the car while my wife was running errands, so when she got home the baby wanted to be wide awake and play instead of going to bed. That didn't work out too well for me. Oh well. Once she finally fell asleep I got a little shut eye.

Rained pretty good yesterday. I think it might rain again today? I dunno. My el cheapo weatherstripping held up ok, only a couple minor leaks. Not a river of water pouring in like it used to be. I'll be driving the vette again today. Gotta enjoy it!

Sorry I missed trivia last night, seemed like a good game. Need to get some more participation, though. Make sure to check the home page for when the new dates are posted. See you at the next one!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

WEDNESDAY WILDCARD TRIVIA:

I figure this is an appropriate question considering our current climate:

Two part question:
Black Tuesday is often considered the beginning of the Great Depression.
#1) What year did it occur?
#2) What is considered the main cause for the end of the Great Depression in the US?

Ah the life of Mr. Mom. Thanks for brining us the daily chat every morning bright and early! Looks like rain today here. I rode the bike into work and its supposed to rain around 2PM so when I go home for lunch I will swap out vehicles. I think I got this Friday locked in to install my motorcycle parts. I cant wait to feel the differance! I started to broaden my sale of my Arcade game and opened it to trades of Go Karts. Hopefully that will yeild a trade. We want another go kart so me and my son can go out riding together. It would be a neat Father-Son thing.

Good Morning Gurus!

I hope everyone is well.

Lots of stuff going on in the office today. Training for the sales team, and then they're going out for pizza and bowling. I was invited, but knowing that they plan to get rid of me doesn't really make me feel like part of the team, so I will hang out and enjoy the quiet.

A good opportunity to get some freelance work done, if nothing else.

I hope everyone has a super day!

Good morning everyone. I think that the basic inaction on the finanacial markets can be more effective than an actual war. US falters, everybody else pays. If things are getting screwy here guess how it's going in the third world countries. Actually, some things that should have happened years ago are just taking root right now. Pay now or pay later. One thing is for certain. You have to pay to play. I wonder how this is affecting the Euro on world markets. The game is over on hide the banana.

Good afternoon all! Been putting out office fires all day, picked up the targa top from the shop, saw two shiny newly painted bumpers. Pretty! Gonna sand on that top tonight to try to restore it. Shop will clear it for me when he doest the rest of the car.
Saw this paint job I liked, thought I'd share...

Careful, you still have penance to pay for yesterday.

Thanks Vetteblondie for helping to repair the retina damage caused by Tommy yesterday.

Yeah, what he said! Nicest paint job I've seen in a long time!

Vetteblondie sure is a good sport about this. Maybe Tommy will dig into his archives of manshots and post one up for her on Friday....hehe.
