He emailed me asking me to update it but I basically told him no-can-do because I'm banned so I thought that was nice that he volunteered to bring it back from the dead. Why did they lock it? That thread has been dead for months, and he's resurrecting it. Nice to see some people that actually contribute to the forums, unlike the admins. I bugged them several times to spend 10 minutes giving me access or a new subforum with which to voluntarily rebuild their entire tech tips section, I even had Mojo bug them. Their answer (or lack thereof) was they don't give a rats ass.

I emailed CentralCoaster and learned that he wasn't on the CorvetteForum any longer. I askedthe Forum admins if I could take over the list and keep it going. The admins said that they couldn't transfer ownership of the thread to me, which is what I wanted. The only solution was to have me start a new thread and an admin moved over the list. I asked for the old thread to be locked so that I wouldn't have to look in both places for updates. The good news is that as a result, I learned of this forum and quickly joined.
