Good Morning CGs!

Ahhhhh...my sinuses feel very clear thanks to my neti pot treatment this morning! HA!

Just finished some eggs and toast along with my glass of cranberry juice. Yum. Good breakfast this morning.

Radio said the roads are surprising clear this morning. I was driving as late as 9 pm last night and they were pretty slick with the snow on top of the rain from earlier in the day. I was almost late to work yesterday morning due to weather/traffic, so I'm hoping to avoid that again today.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

4 degrees this morning. You can count 'em all on one hand and still have a finger left to flip off Mother Nature.

64 degrees here this morning. Raining and nasty in the Nation's Capitol.

Anyone want to rent my house for $5K for a week to see Obama's inauguration? I hear people are trying to rent places as far away as Atlantic City, NJ for the January event.

Good morning, It is a balmy 28, sunny clear skies. The children had a two hour delay for school, roads were not nice last night. Normal drive home takes 35 minutes, took 55 minutes. Almost added a bambi hood ornament to my jeep, awwww ain't they pretty...and tasty too. Not much else, gonna try and get the rest of the Christmas decor up before this weekend. Stay cool.

Good Day Gurus!

Busy busy busy. Finishing up at the old job, and working on getting my own business up and running. It is exciting, frustrating, exasperating, rewarding, scary and fun all at the same time. I'm beat. No, wait! Not THAT kinda beat.... Maybe this... :tongue3:

About 33 here and rain/snow. This winter has been tough already, and it's not even officially winter yet.

Well, I found a roofer, sign the contract tomorrow. He's almost $4k less than the first guy, as were the other 2 bidders. I thought the first guy was a straight shooter, he has a good reputation, but seems he didn't want the job. So, it's going to cost $7500. I'm going to keep the Vette, as I can scrape the $7500 up without selling it. But, it does mean no tranny rebuild like I was planning this year. I just hope nothing else blows up on the Vette!

Sounds like a better deal, Dale. Did you ever call your insurance company about it? Just wondering.

Gonna go hit the weights, waiting for my dad to show up. He's coming in from MI to visit us (read: the baby).

I did call them, had to check on the status of the hit skip. They checked the roof in July for hail damage, none found, I'm on my own.

I had to run the a/c in my car today.

I have to remember to run the heater every now and then just to keep it from rusting out.
