I bought a piece of 1/2" styrofoam insulation at home depot. Cut it to fit the roof. Glued some new headliner material to it and stuck it on with some new velcro strips. That was three years ago and all is well.

It's also time we built more refineries. Every time there's an outage at one of them the price of gas goes up. If there's even a rumor of a hurricane everbody panics. Just my two cents. By the way they are building one here in SoDak. The first one in 26 years. That is if the politicians don't kill it.

Gas prices going down. Surely you jest. They will not lower them until everyone quits driving.

Well the ones it hurts the most are the ones like me. Fixed income, no raises, every time the price goes up that means I have to cut something out. No trips to visit my grand kids. The golden years aren't so golden anymore. More like leaden now. Gas prices are killing me.

I felt exactly the same way yesterday . I went out and cruised around for a couple of hours. Now I'm feeling better.

Done probably threw a monkey wrench in the works.

Had a wonderful weekend. 19" of snow. This morning we broke a temperature record of fifty seven years. 19 degrees this AM. Did someone say global warming?

I certainly picked a good place to retire. This morning the grass was green. Now it's white with a four foot drift in the middle of my back yard.

That better be alot of cool for $995. I admit it looks good but that's alot of green for a blue dash.

I don't know about the manual tranny guys but my auto runs at 5 to 6 hundred at idle.

I guess I'll look into the Batee web site and see what I can find.

I tried tapping on the dash but nothing happened. Also tried wiggling the stalk with no results.

The turn signal lamp inside the car works intermitantly. I suppose I will have to tear out the dash to replace it or clean the base so it will make better contact. And I know it's supposed to be intermitant when the its working. Sometimes it will work when the turn signal is on and sometimes it doesn't.

Looks good so far.

A couple of eighteen inch drifts in my back yard. Not much to shovel out front. The wind took most of it to my neighbor to the south. Like pianoguy said it will melt by July.

Awoke to another snow storm this AM About two inches so far. Don't you just love South Dakota? I guess i'll get out and shovel some later.

Being retired is miserable. Nothing to do all day but look out the window and wait for the ice to melt. May be able to get the boat in the water next month.

Actually there's more to it than just shocks. There's springs, torsion bars, bushings, and wheel rates. You can get a copy of your RPO sheet from the NCM. It will cost a bit but it's worth it. You can also get a copy of your window sticker.

Check for your RPO sheet either under the center consol lid or in one of the rear compartments. This will tell you if it's a Z51. Anniversary units the year model ends with a three. IE 53, 63. and so on.

I used to live in your neck of the woods Bogus. I lived in Lawndale and used to work for TRW Systems. I finally gave up there were to many people for my taste.

I haven't had this problem for quite a while. I learned a few years ago that if I watch the bumper disappear under the nose of the car I give it another foot of roll and I am good. Being 6'3" makes it easier for me to see over the front end as I sit a little taller in the saddle.

Go to your nearest welding supply store and they should be able to point you in the right direction. I have used the self darkening hoods but there are many different kinds and without seeing it I couldn't tell you where the battery is.
