I looked on my '92 and there is nothing bolted into that spot. In your second picture it looks like that is the one for the ICM.

There is nothing there on my LT4.

Steve, that's a ground connection. There should be a ring terminal on a single wire that comes out of the harness that has the IAC connector in it (at least on a 92). The bolt also has a star washer on it.

Must have changed over the years. There is no ground there on my 96 LT4.
