Good Morning CGs!

Well I am ready for my weekend. Today is it then a few days off. I am beat from the week. I even took an extra day off since we have a Christening to go to on Sunday (a Polish Christening is like a mini-wedding). So I will need Monday to recover....lol.

Wife and I watched a movie last night. Total chick flick but I actually enjoyed it. It's called "The Last Song" with Miley Cyrus, Greg Kinear, and some other guy I didn't know. Movie about relationships, but it was actually very good. I don't know what kind of reviews it got, I don't think it was any type of box office smash. But if you're feeling sappy, rent it for $1 at the redbox like my wife did.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Hidey-ho! I am plenty ready for the weekend, too, but alas, there's a few days to slog through first. We don't seem to watch many movies - finally watched "Avatar" with some friends last week. I imagine we're among the last people on the planet to see it.

Have a good day, all!

Everybody knows I like to start each day anew. Yesterday's gone. Let's see what today brings. So far it has brought a call at 07:00 AM from my wifes relatively new office worker. She quit to move on to a better job. Today I plan to work around the house. My plans are loosely laid. Never know when I'll get a call. It's like being on stand-by 24/7.
Relax ......... breathe .......... Ahhhuummmmmm, Ahhhuummmmm. If I were paid in appreciation ... I'd be broke.

Haven't seen it yet either. It's still too new. I'll watch it when it gets to the 5 for $20 rack at Blockbuster.

I have to go out and reconnect the wiring and security cameras. Chickee Hut is redone. I had to sit out there yesterday afternoon while they rethatched it. I'll have to get back to the household chores later. Maybe I can take a break tomorrow. You know what they say about tomorrow ..............

Matt, it takes a real man to watch a chick flick! The last chick flick I watched was Iron Man 2. I made it through without getting emotional. Ok, maybe a bit at the end of the movie.

Rainy and cool here today, got a new alternator for the 90 and will install. Working mostly in the office with billing and such. Went to my sons football game last night and they pulled it out 18 to 16 with a great goal line stand on defense. He was feeling good, good enough to eat $19 dollars worth of McDonalds after the game! We used to feed the whole family for that.

Have a safe day Guru's!

I'll watch movies at home on FX or A&E, but not in the movie theater. My wife gets all the chick flicks from Netflicks. I walk in from the garage and shes crying about something she has rented. Last night it was Glee!! whats that all about! how about a show called Woody about a wood shop.

If you want to watch old movies, TV shows, sports, or about anything else on your computer go to hulu.com, it is free and easy to use. As example I wanted to watch the pinks all out in Atlanta that was won by an MTI Corvette. I did a search for pinks and it brought up about 50 different episodes.

Wife and I go to maybe 2 movies a year. I'll watch them on TV, when I have the time. I've not seen Avatar, not sure I really want to. I watch Roy and the Router Shop too.

Another nice day here looking for 85* and light breeze. Kids are reasonably calm...well I do have the ms kids this afternoon and so my day will be wrecked after that. I have a pickup truck to do a little detailing on this evening.

Yep, I just checked and it came up with 26 episodes from season one, there are probably even more. If you use it once the movie screen comes up put your cursor just to the right of it and left click on pop up to get full screen.
ps-Is that Lloyd Bridges?

Good Afternoon Gurus

Movies... Well for a few years there, I'd be at the local Blockbuster every Tuesday to pick up the new releases and return the previous weeks haul. Then they changed their return policy and I can't stretch the return frame out a whole week without a charge. I dropped them and never go back. Occasionally we rent on Demand from Comcast to see some good ones. Avatar is a great flick for you fantasy Sci-Fi buffs. Its a must see for special effects nuts too.

How about some good old disaster movies like Towering Inferno! LOL -- Even the recent release, 2012 got screwed up! I think Iron Man and Iron Man II are my most recent favorites with Hell Boy right up there.

The wife's Malibu is still at the Chebie Dealer waiting on a transmission control module and a new valve body. Apparently there was a problem with the control module and it was sending erroneous information back to the dash? You got me hangin'. I'm still driving their car and they have promised a complete and thourough job before we leave for Florida this weekend.
