Am I the first one up? Happy Thanksgiving guru's! I heard Ultrawoman out in the kitchen working away so I thought I better get up and help. If you call sitting and chatting to her while drinking a cup of coffee help.

I'm thankful for her and my three kids and that I have a job and a comfortable home. It is not an easy life but it is a good one. I am also thankful for a Country that has allowed me the pursuit of happiness.

I also enjoy sharing my interest in my car with all the Guru's, you have helped make that a more enjoyable experience for me. Have a good day eating and watching football!

Good Morning CGs!

Happy Turkey Day to everyone. Hope you all have nice days planned with the family. We will be stopping by the wife's aunt/uncle's house later this evening. They have Thanksgiving every year, so we always go there. Hope to not stay out too late. I wanted to to a short run today to "knock the rust off" and keep stretched out and ready for Sunday. Need to have a couple recovery days before race day.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! It's quiet here right now, but pretty soon we'll be banging elbows and pots and pans in the kitchen. Going out for dinner is an option we'll have to explore one of these years. The snowplow just went by, so my to-do list just grew by 1 item.

Good morning Gurus....Happy Thanksgiving. We are getting ready to head over to the other daughters house to get ready to eat a big Thanksgiving dinner. The wife and I slept in again, took our showers and ate a piece of toast for breakfast. The other house will be pretty packed, but it will be nice to be with everyone.

I'll check in later.

Happy Thanksgiving, gang!

We are thawing and prepping here.

I found SCRAPPLE!!!!! A local supermarket carries it. Getting ready to make a late breakfast with it!

Finally, a Thanksgiving Security Alert! I don't know what it is, but my computer is getting hit by "rogue security products." Make sure your virus and spywear protection is up to speed!!!! This is the 2nd time in 24 hours I have had to kill this attempt.

FYI: I use AVG Free and Webroot Spysweep. It is Spysweep that is catching this attack.

I have posted this on my facebook, so if you see it, don't be surprised I copy/pasted it.

I'll be brooding about my sore back or some such and then I see the neighbor's daughter with cerebral palsy, I realize how much I have to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving.

We played Texas Hold'Em for three hours before dinner. I won, my wife lost. In the end we were down $2.00 combined. Not bad I guess. Dinner was great. I had prime rib , Chicken Cordon Bleu and a mouthful of turkey. Left plenty of room for dessert. I enjoyed it.

I'm pretty well shot on 10% alcohol beers but had my family here today and had such a great day!! Hope you did too!!

Fire is burning out in the fireplace so I need to add a log and stir the embers. Hope you are having a great evening!

Kirby and Holloway! That's THE best! This stuff was real good, tho. I was impressed. I bought 2 lbs.

Thanks, tho! I may take you up on it...

There has always been a bit of competition between Bridgeville (RAPA) and Harrington (K&H).

Hey guys, I ate too much and then laid down with the youngest granddaughter to put her to sleep and guess who went to sleep? yea, that wasn't much of a question was it? Got up from my nap and ate again then watched a couple of movies with the grandkids. I'm tired again and ready for bed. wife wants me to get up early and go shopping with her for a while at the Black Friday events. I hope she doesn't want to get up too early.
