Good Morning CGs!

Well it's back at 'em again today. After a long weekend of driving and visiting the folks it's back to work. I think I often need a vacation from my vacation. Now all my other tasks that go postponed will be coming up. Need to stop at HD, still work on the car, cut the grass, do some errands, etc. Don't you hate it when work gets in the way of having fun??? (Bill????)

Yep, vacation's over - time to get going (and a lot to do today).

No...I hate it when fun gets in the way of work......j/k...sounded weird just writing it.

Went to Harbor Freight yesterday and enjoyed looking around. I did get a few things that I needed or thought I did anyway. Nothing huge just 1/4 " small socket set with metric and standard sockets. An inch pound torque wrench and some other odds and ends all for 46 bucks. I did not have a coupon yet but signed up for them.

It actually tried to rain here this morning and we got about .60 of an ". That is a huge rain compared to what we have been getting. Hope we get somemore. Little cooler also with the temps only getting up to 84 and back to 90 by next Sunday.

Hidey-ho! Beautiful day out there - got to enjoy some of it on the way in to the office, anyway. Sure feels funny to wear long pants after 10 days. I'd guess management wouldn't be too happy if I didn't, though. We went to a concert last night with some friends at Target Field, Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. Normally wouldn't be my thing as I'm not a country fan, but we got free tickets, so figured it would be fun. Pretty good show, and one of the opening acts, Grace Potter, wasn't hard to look at. We were out late so I see a nap in my future.

Well, it seems the temperature has returned to a more normal level and I should be able to get some lawn work done.

Vacation all this week, planning on house cleaning and racing.

What a weekend it was. I had to buy several new toys. First the garden hose blew out its side, fortunately I was home and didn't waste too much water. The big one was when the laptop died. New HP is on its way. I also ordered a new flash for my camera.

It was 99 in Reno yeaterday, had to turn the sawmp cooler on early - 3:30.
At 7:45 the breeze went from warm to cool so I opened up all the windows - it was 81 in the house and with the "Reno heat Index" it felt like 76.

Bet Hot August Nights is going to be......hot.

Morning guys....I slept like a log last night. Got up around 7:15, went for a bike ride and then went out to the shop to work on a few projects (staining). It's cool here now and today. We actually had a 1/2" of rain last night and looks like it could open up at any time again...I hope it does. Temps are going to climb throughout the week, but still stay in the 80's and 90's.

Got to go back out to the shop and get ready to spray some finish.

I been up since 7 for no apparent reason. Working out in the heat the last three days got to me and I'm pretty run down today, got out and picked up my meds, returned a shop vac I borrowed, grabbed some groceries and back home. Nap in a few... supposed to rain here today , 60% chance - been looking like the sky could fall any minute - sure would be nice if it rained a couple hours while I napped

I was up at the crack of Dawn ...... Then I woke up. Long work day for me. I was up at 05:30 AM. Worked till 03:30 PM. It's hot and humid but now I have escaped to the indoors where we a have a comfortable 78* We are doing a big job on a lot in Coconut Grove right on Biscayne Bay. I would venture to say the property taxes on this property are more than any single guru makes in a year. It's nothing spectacular. It's just a very expensive piece of earth. Work is a four letter word. Most of it was driving but I did help load and unload. I didn't think older guys were supposed to work this hard. That's what I get for thinking.
I like my life so I guess I'll just have to exert some extra energy from time to time. We had to load and unload a number of fairly large trees. .... This is business we've chosen ........

Well, It's 90+ inside the shop, sometimes I wonder why I do this type of work. I should go home n go for a jacuzzi dip with a couple gals ;)

Were did I see.... it was a photo of a dude with his butt crack showing and on the back of his t-shirt was a chick with a helluvua cleavage.. blended with the butt crack and made it less noticeable...
