Howdy! Hard to believe Friday is here already - usually I'd be giddy, but I could've used an extra day this week. Last nice day for a while, supposed to be soggy this weekend and cold on Monday.

Enjoy your day, yawlz!

Morning guys...guess I hit a open nerve with Letty yesterday...sorry. If you girls want to observe No-shave November go right ahead.

A cold start this morning, not sure we are going to get as warm as Brad, up in the north land. And it's going to be windy to boot.

Kids starting to show up, better go check on them.

Got 2 cold days coming up, only 47 today and 52 tomorrow so I think DNBFS is the order of the day. no fiberglass.

I'm gonna pack up some CD's and head over to the music studio to reacquaint myself with my drum kit.
Think I'll play some old stuff, Led Zep, Kansas, ZZ Top.

Sophia just got married, and being a traditional Italian was still a virgin. On her wedding night, staying at her mother's house, she was nervous. But mother reassured her. "Don't worry, Sophia. Luigi's a good man. Go upstairs, and he'll take care of you."

So up she went. When she got upstairs, Luigi took off his shirt and exposed his hairy chest. Sophia ran downstairs to her mother and says, "Mama, Mama, Luigi's got a big hairy chest."

"Don't worry, Sophia", says the mother, "All good men have hairy chests. Go upstairs. He'll take good care of you."
So, up she went again. When she got up in the bedroom, Luigi took off his pants exposing his hairy legs. Again Sophia ran downstairs to her mother. "Mama, Mama, Luigi took off his pants, and he's got hairy legs!"

"Don't worry. All good men have hairy legs. Luigi's a good man. Go upstairs, and he'll take good care of you."
So, up she went again. When she got up there, Luigi took off his socks, and on his left foot he was missing three toes. When Sophia saw this, she ran downstairs.
"Mama, Mama, Luigi's got a foot and a half!"
"Stay here and stir the pasta", says the mother. "This is a job for Mama!"

Woman: Do you drink beer?

Man: Yes..

Woman: How many beers a day?

Man: Usually about 3.

Woman: How much do you pay per beer?

Man: $5.00 which includes a tip.

(This is where it gets scary!)

Woman: And how long have you been drinking?

Man: About 20 years, I suppose.

Woman: So a beer costs $5 and you have 3 beers a day which puts your spending each month at $450. In one year, it would be approximately $5400 …correct?

Man: Correct.

Woman: If in 1 year you spend $5400, not accounting for inflation, the past 20 years puts your spending at $108,000, correct?

Man: Correct.

Woman: Do you know that if you didn't drink so much beer, that money could have been put in a step-up interest savings account and after accounting for compound interest for the past 20 years, you could have now bought a Ferrari?

Man: Do you drink beer?

Woman: No.

Man: Where's your Ferrari?

Of course. 2 floor hearing aids plus two in the back deck with an amp behind the passenger seat. Plus a new AM/FM CD hearing aid song selector for the 91. That car is gonna be fun to drive again. Everything is working and the power response is good. It get's around 9 mpg around town and 26+ on the highway. A regular gas pig.

That's not very much beer.

You only cut down to 3 beers a day when you get old and bored.

I couldn't calculate the costs I had in the early years cause.........................I don't remember.

Watchin' "Corvette Nation" , they were in Lingenfelter;s shop looking at a C7 on the dyno. Lingenfelter's engineers figure the stock fuel system is good to about 600 horse. They developing a fuel system to work with turbo/supercharger. They say 1,000 Hp will be easy.

They wouldn't show any body work or discuss exactly what engines will ne available.

They did show show their 67's (in partnership with Karls' customs).
You just give karl your C6 Z06 and he returns it looking like this:

I wonder if they could make one with a mid or rear engine.

I took that pic at Barrett Jackson.
They had a 63 there too.

They look like C2's that had too muck pumpkin pie, but not bad at all.

I don' recall being upset about anything???
I mentioned what guys would do if women observed the "no shave November" and actually had a thought in my mind closely resembling something from 70s porn shots... and really thought someone might roll with that and was surprised that didn't happen LOL...

Or.. there could be women with bears....

hmmm....

worked at the 2nd part time job today - picked up something at a place called DNW Outdoors & Truck Accessories...
trying to catch a cold too - not needed, I need to rake and burn leaves tomorrow

Gotta wonder how much dis guy spent on women.

I'd like to find out, and I could save him some money as spending $5 on beer is stupid when I can get a 20 pack for $18.....
