Spring is here. It is only -12 this morning and no wind so far, but that is suppose to change. Kind of a lazy day. I will do a couple of Sunday crosswords, wash clothes, eat leftover pork roast, watch some old movies and talk to the dog. Shouldn't get into any trouble. Tomorrow there is a slight chance that I might do something, but wait, I don't want to get ahead of myself.

No kidding they choked, had the game won then let those stupid lucky Sooners in at the last second......Huskerland was pulling for the Cowboys...since we all still hate Oklahoma.....

We have a nice blanket of dry snow....about 6 inches I am thinking.....but it is powder...if the wind comes up it will be a white out. I have to unload a pickup load of wood that is in the shop before I can get out the snow removal machine.....which we will call Snonomo....so I have a lot of work ahead of me.......the wife says she has to go into her school room to get ready for Monday....so she is not help....so its up to me to git er done.....

She did make me a big breakfast to sustain me in my work....3 egg cheese omelet and bacon with fresh biscuits with butter and grape jelly on them.....mmmmmm

After all that.....I'll be in the big chair watching Football......Stay warm North Guru's......South Guru's stay cool......

+1 I did that yesterday - napped on the couch watching tv all day till 7:30 and decided to be stupid and clean the crystal cabinet. Warming up here, supposed to hit 25 today and 30 tomorrow. Got an overnight layer of sleet/freezing rain to mess everything back up so I'm stuck inside again for a bit. I'm going nuts. Not thinking there's too much else left to clean around here...

I see that it is snowing out there, just to add to our joy. I may venture to the store to buy some thinset and start laying tiles. Or I may not. We'll see. One thing's for sure - I'll be looking at the job.

He wanted 6 indoor palms in pots for his grand reopening. We went to breakdfast before we started. only a couple of hours. Now my pillow is calling me. Quite the snow-bowl going on in Baltimore - unreal conditions!

No kidding its almost better then a mud game.....almost hard to track what's going on there is so much snow....I wonder if they are having fun.....?

We recently had about 60 tons of snow delivered to Jungle Island in Miami. We have to import it here.

Evening guys....started early making beirrocks, I was up there by 7:15. We finished up making 169 dozen, cleaned up and had most delivered by 5pm. But my arse is dragging. I handled every tray that we baked at least 4 times and we have a dozen on a tray at a time. Figure that one up. And most of the handling was done with pot holders in my hands. I was a busy boy. My job is at the oven, taking the fresh made ones and putting them in the proofer where they have to "rest" for about 10-15 minutes, then putting them in the oven, at 13 minutes turning them, at 13 more taking them out where they would coat them with butter, then I would put them on a cooling rack and wheel them out doors to cool. (They cooled pretty fast today with temps in the low to mid teens). I will say they are about as tasty as we have ever done.

played with dogs in the snow in the mountains just got home. Sure glad I don't live in the snow areas.

F'n cold here with a few inches of snow. Every a-hole in Chicago forgot how to drive on slick roads. Perhaps they've never seen snow? Tons of accidents everywhere.

Took the kids to the work xmas party tonight ( it is focused on kids, not adults). They got a treat bag from Santa so they we're happy.
