I scoured this column but could not find BillH's name mentioned anywhere. That's really gotta suck having to deal with all those billions. Not all wealthy, but many of them have much longer hours than the average Joe. Personally, I feel blessed. No fund raisers, charity balls, constant solicitations, interviews, papparazzi. No oversight of staff and I get to wear a simple wardrobe. I enjoy my DNBFS. Which brings me to my next point. I didn't realize just how much DNBFS I was doing until I recently got so busy with things that I don't have too much DNBFS time at all. Probably won't till after the New Year. So be it. I will get 0 results if I don't put forth the effort. Gotta get going. Stuff is waiting.

Howdy! A delightful commute this morning - most of it spent between 0-20 mph. I did reach the breakneck speed of 40 once. Sofa king fun.

Keep the shiny side up, Gurus!

Good morning, all.

More snow today - it started at around 7:30 AM and is supposed to let up sometime in the afternoon. Ivelis pronounced the Impala "fine", but I've already pulled the trigger on some performance winter/snow tires.

I HAVE ORDERS TO GET THE CHRISTMAS STUFF DOWN OUT OF THE LOFT OF THE BARN AND DELIVER TO THE SUNROOM. GOOD EXCUSE TO CRANK UP THE ARGO AND TOOL AROUND IN THE SNOW.

That is a cool car. I'd love to take a ride in it.

Looks like something George Jetson would drive.

Good Morning CGs!

Cold here. Seems to be a trend.

RR#1 is off at school and we are getting ready to head to the store to pick up our Xmas tree. We are doing a live (dead) one again this year. Although I have a fake one in the basement

At least I got the snow shoveled the other night, so that's done.

Maybe I can work in the garage today...lol, yeah like that's gonna happen.

I started a new workout program about a week and a half ago or so. It is great. Very fast paced, high intensity. Muscles are sore for about 2 days afterwards. That means it's working. If anyone is interested let me know.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

I can proudly say that I haven't even had a pair of Dockers on since 2003......all part of DNBFS.

But I do like to dress in "whites".

Still very cold here too, but the sun is out - kinda fools you. Feels good if you're standing in the window, but then customers come in so you have to run and hide. We all send the lunch wagon out early, Mexican food on the way - should make for an interesting afternoon around here with three guys. At least I'm over here by myself. None of my customers are calling or emailing me back - one lady I've been messing with her wrap designs for four weeks now, can't get hold of her a lot and when you do, can't please her. Ready for the end of the day, get the gym time done and get home to my comfy crib.

Busy day. Now I have to prep the patio for a Crime Watch meeting fo 20+ of my neighbors and local law enforcement. Been working over the other house. The timer and pool pump were inop. Changed out the switch and dropped off the pump for repair or replacement. Took pics of the house. Have an appraiser scheduled for Tuesday. Have to repair the front gate,(rotten wood) have the A/C coils cleaned, clean up the yard, paint the driveway gates, move a truckload of stuff to here and so on, and so on, and so on. If I only knew then what I knew now I might never have moved. The other house is nice but the neighborhood sucks. Time to get back to work .......

Well today didn't go as planned. I got a call from Michelle's sister today and she said that Michelle's retired guide dog Jax was not doing well and the end was near. I broke the news and we had them bring him down. While I doggysat Edge they headed for the vet and the inevitable.

He was a good worker and a good boy.

RIP Jax.
