Good Morning CGs!

Well the first day of February and we had a pretty significant snowfall last night. Hard to say looking out the window but looks like 4 inches or so. Should make driving today interesting. The towns don't like to send the plow guys out on a Sunday because of overtime costs. I understand that, but this winter is no where close to last winter as far as salting/snow removal goes.

Anyone else hit with the snow? Expecting more today, as well.

Morning guys... January is gone, WOW. Clear skies here, but it is cold and windy. Got things to do, so better get to them.

We're getting more of a freezing mist right now, here in Dayton, Ohio. I'm about 20 miles south of I-70 where the weather line seems to run. Above I-70, they're gonna get it pretty good. And it'll get it worse the farther north you go.
Everyone stay warm and dry today, I'm gonna watch powerblock and drink coffee.

Got us an old time blizzard going on here.....probably got 4 to 6 inches of snow and its blowing everywhere.....we haven't even got the Sunday paper yet...

Super Bowl and I will dig myself over to the shop to work on GS.....get some wood in and hunker down with a pot of oyster stew.....great day for naps also....

Up here in the Northland, it is -10º and we got 4-6" of snow. Not too much wind, but it sure feels like winter after being 60º above last week. It is suppose to last a week or so. I did get the 94 out last week for a short spin. My insurance agent wanted some new pictures so I went out blew out the cobwebs. It felt great after 2 months of driving the Jeep and the pickup.

Hidey-ho! We got just a dusting of snow overnight, looks like it stayed north and south of us. Any big Super Bowl plans? We used to have parties or go to them, nowadays we just watch the game, hope there are some good commercials, and wish it got done earlier. Though I hope the game isn't over with after the national anthem like last year. What I really wish is that they'd move it to Saturday.

Average ticket prices to the game this year are running 9K each......I guess the recession is officially over......

Still blowing and snowing....can't tell if its still snowing or just blowing the old snow around......don't think I will go out to find out.....

Well, Marcus, we are getting the wind, 30-40 and gusting higher. But the skies are clear as a bell. Liable to get COLD tonight. Just got home from the "city" and headed out to look at another kitchen job. I'll check in later.

Appealing to Tommy's inner cheapskate, I put another 9 years' worth of nicotine in the freezer yesterday. I now have 18 years' worth in there, for the price of about 1.5 cartons of cigs.

So like....you were worried you were going to run out??

I see that the schools have been called off for tomorrow which means the busses would have trouble running in the country.....drifting is getting bigger....

Worked on the car today with more cleanup.....I'm just spending time on it waiting for the parts to get here which does not look like tomorrow now........we shall see...

I'm thinking I will cheer for Seattle since my daughter lives up there....

Well, that was somewhat more entertaining than last year's game.

Fun day. Won at poker, lost on the football pools. Won 40 on poker lost 60 on the pools. Typical gambler. The thrill of the chase. The game was somewhat entertaining indeed. The team I was cheering for was the one that would make my score squares a winner. In the end it made all my Pat's friends happy.
