Howdy! Playing with a '67 sounds a lot more fun than the barrage of interruptions I've had all morning - sheesh! Hopefully the rest of the day will go smoothly. But I am not counting on it.

Enjoy your day, Gurus!

My eyes are crossed from 3 hours of taping up the instrument panel (C2 Tech).

I'll let the paint cure 2 days and finish it up.

Playing with a 67 sounds more fun than I've had today as well. Not much work at office, still not caught up on sleep from getting home from FLA yesterday morning at 3am.. hoping for some rest tonight. Rained here last couple days but where I was this past weekend, they're due 14 days of it. I left just in time looks like.
Two more days left to the weekend.

Well I had a revelation today.......had a sick driver so I said...oh boy I get to drive a big truck again......yeah I know...weird..........anyway I thought I knew the route we were taking and it has a McDonalds and a Runza along the way....so I threw in a power bar and a big Ice Tea.........when I got there the other drivers said they had a secret way to go which involved back roads on gravel and allowed us to haul ungodly heavy loads ......because you know you get paid on how much you haul soooooo......fill those baby's up.......anyway this way was not even close to any food source and by 2:00 pm my powerbar was only a distant memory.........

So where we fill they had a vending machine for snacks so I got a pack of peanuts to put in my Pepsi bottle and a NUTTER BUTTER BAR.........holy freeking moly where have those things been all my life........I could mass consume those baby's.......wow........I'm going to forget my lunch lunch tomorrow so I can have more of them.........nectar of the god's they are.....

Sounds like a healthy treat, Marcus.

Did get much accomplished today. Peeked at the vette without doing any diagnostics or work. The PS leak is coming from the reservoir/hose connection. Most likely the bottom hose but I didn't look too hard. Maybe later.

10-15 minutes tomorrow and my instrument panel will be done, pack it in bubble wrap and play with something else.

Maybe glue in some firewall insulation and get that out of the way. I hate spray glue.

Hey guys....We woke up early and got on the road. It was raining when we left and rained off and on until we left the mountains. Had a couple triple digit runs out on the plains of Colorado. When there is 70+ miles of nothing, when I could see for several miles, I'd open it up a bit. Rosie would say "You trying to make up some time?" "Yup"

I got home and got the Corvette unloaded and washed, then put up on the lift. On the way home we talked about when we could make the trip to KC, so while I was washing 007, she came out and said how about going this weekend? So when she gets off work tomorrow, we are headed to KC.

We'll be taking the pickup this trip. I'm going to, hopefully bring back a woodworking machine I found on Craigslist. Been looking for one like this for many years. I've found a few, but usually they are are twice the money this guys is asking. If it's as good as the pictures, it's coming home with me.

Bill, playing with the 67 sounds like a fun thing to do. I trust you made good progress. I loved peanuts in Pepsi. Started doing that while I worked in the service station back in high school.
