Thats right! I am offering fuel injectors here, any make, any model, and any flow rate. Custom, or stock.
From less than 300cc to over 1800! High impedance or low! And the best prices you will find. Pricing example. LT1, Autozone price, $78 EACH! That's $624 + tax! My price... How about a custom made, FLOW MATCHED set of 8 ..... for $169.95 ALL injectors I sell come with a minimum 3 year warranty. And they come with O rings! Don't spend an extra $25 on O-Rings when my injectors cost less, and have them included. We also offer injector service and rebuilding. Send us your stock innjectors, have them go through our 12 step process, including disassembling and replacing worn parts, ultrasonic cleaning, and testing, all for $15 for each top feed injector, or $20 per side feed injector. Any questions, PLEASE ask. PM me for pricing info for your application. Shop owners and dealerships are more than welcome! I myself am using a set of custom made injectors in my LT4, and so are several other members here, this is a really great product, and I look forward to serving you! ~Rich |

I can do anywhere between 30 and 50psi in the design III for the same 269.
And I can offer much much larger, but it would make tuning the engine to idle and be drivable would be very hard. I'll run the #'s and see what would suit you ~Rich |

It will never idle. Been down that road. I'm an advocate of 'big injectors' and the right tune, but you cannot idle (reliably) with pulsewidths lower than 1.5 msec. Most 700hp cars make about 50hp at idle, which means at 1.5 msec you're looking at about a 38# injector. A 42 will prolly give a rich idle, or erratic injection. At 700 HP under boost with a BSFC of .6 you need 52# injectors at 100% duty cycle. 52s will never idle, not in a million years so what you'll need to do is get an adjustable regulator so your running around 45psi at idle and around 65psi under boost. -- Joe |

The injector isn't plastic, its a plastic cover over a stainless steel core. Jon wont even tell me what exactly he does to modify them. BUT!... I'll get a dissected picture of a design III so you guys can see whats going on in them. And I'll get a video up of some of of our modified Design III's on the flowbench, all on a common rail at the same fuel pressure, all flowing different amounts. Brian, doing the #'s it looks like at an 80% duty cycle your going to need some 65lb injectors. |

HP X B.S.F.C
------------- NO OF INJECTORS X .80DS = LBS/HR PER INJECTOR BSFC = .50 FOR NA .60 FOR SUPERCHARGER .65 FOR TURBOCHARGER So it would be 700 x .60 = 420 8 x .80 = 6.4 420 / 6.4 = 65.625 And I agree, its all in the tune on how it will idle, but the larger the injector the more difficult to tune |

OK. Just a little confused. Bosch III is a fully plastic injector: http://i20.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/dd/e3/bb4a_1.JPG EV6 is different - I agree. So the $169 ones are Bosch III and the "custom" ones are EV6? I'd love to see the video! I'm really curious how you guys are modding them. I'd be interested in a set of 36# eventually (36# at 3 bar). Do you guys have any flowbench charts showing the injector tested? I'm curious what the flow is like at varied pulses, vs static? Thanks! -- Joe |

hyabusa use a 28 lb injector that is not modifiyable. they use a inverted cone pintle that cannot be tamperered with..
the hyabusa uses a 3 bar regulator.. if your running lean try geting a 4 bar reg. 60psi and set the constant to 36. Should do the trick |

Alright! I've been waiting a few weeks to release this and we finally have them in!
For the TPI guys, I can now offer the full install kit for only $30 more. Comes with the plenum gaskets, runner gaskets, and viton o-rings for the fuel rail. So when you order injectors, if you want the install kit, everything needed will come right to your door! So 22lb Bosch design III drop ins, with the install kit, for $199.95 , and the 24lb with install kit for $219 . Injectors only are still available, but with this there is no running around looking for the gaskets, 1 call to get it all! |

Wow that is a good idea. One stop shopping is where it's at.
Here's a question - What upgrades will the bosch IIIs handle on the motor? For example - I (eventually) plan on the following, whenever I get around to it - headers w/exhaust, ported plenum, big tube runners, ported intake, mild cam, ported heads (possibly), chip. Will the 22s support that? Or will I need to upgrade to the 24s? I don't want to buy 22s and then 6 months from now need to upgrade injectors. Matthew |

Oh, and for guys wondering, that's a great price for the extra gaskets, etc. Just the o-ring kit alone from gm is about $28. Plus the convenience of it all makes it well worth the price.

Once done, I'd be happy w/300 at the crank. I don't need a lot, just to spice it up a little. That's 55 over stock (for my 89). I have ohmed my injectors, they test fine hot and cold, but I still have that little hard start problem. Also, the performance doesn't seem consistent. Some days it feels much stronger than others. I still have a few more tests to do, but I'm convinced my injectors are leaking. Just a feeling (yes, very scientific, I know). I already replaced the FPR. I just don't want to do everything twice (at a 3 hour job to replace the injectors) and pay twice. But, like everyone else, I don't want to dump $2,000 in all at the same time, even though that's the best way to do it. My first step was going to be porting the plenum/intake and big tube runners, with the head/cam package to follow later. I may have to rethink that. Matthew |

Also, for the leaking, put a gauge on it, prime the rails, and then let it sit, a leaky injector will drop the pressure really quick.
I'm using the design III's in my car and noticed a big difference in idle and partial throttle response. My vette has the same thing where 1 day it will feel tame, and the next it feels like it wants to tear your face off with acceleration haha. My friends LT1 camaro did the same as well. I have no idea as to why tho |

Rich -
BTW, I had some free time today, so I played with the car a little. Finished doing my FSM steps for the fuel system and narrowed it down to....you guessed it....leaky injectors. So my previous "scientific guess" was ok...lol. Anywho, the wife wasn't too keen on my idea of heads and a cam, but I'm still gonna do the intake work, SLP big tubes, ported/siamesed plenum, and possibly LT or shorty headers. Do you think I'll need 24s for that? What about a chip - any ideas there? Thanks, Matthew Oh, and the car ran *great* today after doing all my tests...I adjusted the TV cable and that helped, too. |

Well 22's will support up to 281CHP , 24's will do 307CHP, but you will need have a chip burned.
