Just joined this forum and wanted to say hi all. I'm new to corvette ownership as well and have been doing ALOT of searching, reading and learning about my '94 green coupe. I'm looking forward to getting back into "wrenching". From reading posts it seems I may get my fill of it as I am not about to pay 'stealership' prices and want to keep my vette running good.
My '94 is my first Corvette. If I only knew what a big smile owning and driving a vette could put on my face, I would have bought one long ago.

Congrats. If you're like the rest of us, you've got a list planned out before you even got it home. So where do we start?

Welcome! You sound just like me - I've enjoyed the hell out of mine for the first two seasons, and have had a wrench in my hand more often than I have in a couple of decades.

Hey 9T4, Nice year car!!!

Good to welcome you aboard. I have a 94 as well and its proved to be a great car. I have owned it since about 2000. I have wrenched on it a bit, but not because I had to. Only had two components fail over the years and that was the water pump and starter. Everything else I have done was done out of pure insanity or boredom.

As Tommy T-bone said, there will come a day when you don't get excited about wrenching on it. I still have things I want to do to mine, but I enjoy driving it too much to tear into it again at the moment.

Cheers - see ya 'round

Welcome!

I haven't HAD to wrench on my '93. But is has been a real blast to drive, I can tell you that. Something about these cars turns me into a complete idiot.

WoooooHooooo!

Enjoy the car and the site!
