"Although it is not in the best of condition..."

Really? Well thanks for being honest with us.

"Yes the car is in two pieces right now."

After seeing the pictures, I knew there was something wrong with it, but I just couldn't quite put my finger on it.

"As of just a few weeks ago the car was still in one piece (the owner has pictures to prove this)."

That's good, it'll be so much easier to fix since it hasn't been rusted and broken into two pieces for very long.

"This car does not have an auxiliary hard top."

That's too bad, because it'd be the biggest piece left if it did.

"Original Options include: Side Pipes and Transistorized Ignition."

Well that makes all of the difference then. I'm going to start bidding right now!

I can't believe that this thing's up past $6K with still two days to go. I mean I just don't really see even a helluva lot of parts value here.

I'd venture a guess that bidder(s) have a feedback rating of 0, or -1, or worse yet, hijacked account.

OMG that thing is a nightmare. But someone will buy it and strip it.

love this quote:

Quote:
Upon loading the car onto the trailer, the frame fell apart causing the body to crack in half. Yes the car is in two pieces right now. I do not know if the birdcage is intact or if it has rust.

It's a parts collection with a VIN #

reminds me of the start of the Gumaball rally when the c3 splits in half

I just found this... but at that age, as long as the VIN passes DMV search, I wouldn't worry. Making a new title for it isn't a problem.

to me, it's a great way to build a C2 from hell... cause right now it's a C2 from Newark...
