What is this Sunday Chat business? The peasants are revolting! JK. I didn't know there was interest in weekend chat. Apparently so! Perhaps it will have to be added to the rounds.

Well, I woke up with a bit of a sinus headache this morning. I think the wifey is trying to give me her cold, but it's not gonna work. I know you skeptics out there still don't believe it, but I did a little neti-pot action this morning and feel like a million bucks afterwards. It works!

Over the weekend I did a little snow shoveling action. That was awesome. I think we got around 6 inches on Sat.

Diet has been going well, but I decided to cheat yesterday. I did just over 7 miles of a hill workout on the recumbent bike yesterday and I was starving afterwards. Called up wifey and she picked me up a cheeseburger and soup from the local restaurant. Yum. Man did I enjoy that. Still only had about 2400 calories all day and with a good cardio workout like I had it's all good!

Wow. Where did the weekend go?! I read about that neti-pot a while back, but I've never come across anyone who's used it. At this point, I'm just about ready to go into the garage and run compressed air through there to open things up! I think I'll give the Neti a shot and see what happens!!

GOOD MORNING GURUS. YEAH MATT SAW YALL GETTING SNO UP YOUR WAY. ALSO SAW A SOOTING AT A SCHOOL UP THERE AFTER A BASKETBALL GAME. SOUNDS LIKE DOWN HERE. TWO WHERE KILLED IN PARKING LOT IN NORTH ST LOUIS SUNDAY AFTERNOON. ITS A GREAT WORLD ISNT IT.
ON A HIGH NOTE I TOOK THE 40TH OUT FOR A SPIN YESTERDAY AND GOT 100 MILES ON IT. WOW IT FELT GOOD. SOME LITTLE CUTIES IN A RX 300 WERE SMILING AND WAVING SOO I PLAYED ALONG.

Seemed like a short weekend didnt it? Thats ok cause this weekend is a 4 day and I think I am going to go ahead and get the SA XD45. Got a buddy who can get a NEW one for me for 450 which is about 100 bucks less than anywhere I found for new. Plus I dont have to worry about shipping costs! Very cool. I am also going to put the rifle thing on hold right now until I get back from Iraq. Just not enough time for me to really enjoy it before I go. Today is kinda busy, got alot on my plate at work but nothing I cant shift to another person. Going to start on demoing my bathroom too this weekend. Should be fun, get my sledge, sawzall, and a smile.

Greetings! I just ordered a neti pot for my son last night - he always seems to have sinus problems.

I heard this morning that the National Safety Council is pushing for a ban on all cell phone use by drivers, including hands-free. Fine by me - half the population are lousy drivers even when they're not yakking on the phone.

This is shaping up to be a great week - supposed to get some snow today, then tomorrow we'll have a wind chill of -56. Just delightful. I'm glad the car is put away, otherwise it would be a Vettecicle.

Good morning Gurus!

Sitting here looking out the front window. Watched the weather turn from clear and windy to near blizzard conditions in ten minutes.

And today is the kids first day back to school after the holiday break. I'll be transporting them for the next three weeks coz our daycare provider just had a baby.

Fun times.

My last day working for the company was their last day of school before the break. I can't wait to have the kids back to their normal routine. Come on, February!

Well guys, had a busy day at work today. Ready to get some grub and do a little workout action.

As far as the neti pot, you guys made fun of me before, but it works, I'm telling ya.

At least we didn't get anymore snow today, but we will tomorrow the news said.

I also saw that shooting at the high school on the news. Supposed to be gang related. Big shocker there.
