Jim is very close to finishing up the stroker. The next thing is the oil pan which will be in anyday. Just a quick thanks to Jim. He has truly gone the extra mile for me, and if anyone is looking for some to build a shortblock or longblock, he is very knowledgeable, and has a huge heart and interested for this stuff. This thread is to you bigguy. I appreciate your hard work, and honestly in building this motor, and educating me along the way. I decided to go with you earlier on in the year because of your reputation with long time members, and everything I heard was true!

This one's for you Jim. Thanks alot!

Below are some pics!! Christmas looks like it's coming early this year. Now how do I hide this from my wife?

On a side note, I would also like to thank Tony from AFR.

You can click on the pictures to enlarge if so be!

What oil pan did you go with?
Who makes the fuel pump block off plate? I like it.

Jim got me a killer deal on a Canton pan. I don't know about the plate.

That sure is purty. Almost a shame to put it in the car and get it dirty!

Funny that you say that Matthew, I was thinking that when I read your post. I was thinking of printing one of those pictures off on photo paper, framing it, and hanging it on the wall!

Awesome job 88Black!

You've got a right to be proud Rick. I'd be showing it off too.

I'm from Texas, and certainly wouldn't be afraid to run one of Jim's motors, but would have to add the boost...

I will start with n/a. It will be a big jump from 240rwhp/330rwtq, and mid 13's@102. Another 200rwhp/120rwtq approx. will be night and day I am sure!

If it looks as good as it runs, I will be all smiles.

The goal is to trap 125'ish with this combo. Looking forward to it.

Thanks Aaron.
