Been busy working my new job at BMW; hence my sudden decline in posts... BMW's will keep you very busy. They tend to break, ever couple of miles. And BMW owners without money, pay to replace the parts, BMW owners with money, buy new cars when they break. Very busy!

Awesome! Here's to another 100k
My old '93 Surburban 4x4 had 187k on it when I traded it in for the '03 z71 pickup, and was still running strong!

Some of them GM products sure can go the distance... On my 90 Chev 3/4 ton I put 274000 miles on it before she blew. An those wernt easy miles most were put on pulling a 20' goose neck trailer loaded with 20k pounds of seed.

Later all

That's for sure, last summer I sold my 77Chev Van that I bought new. It had 370,000 with only one crate motor installed.

I don't see why not. Mines the Z34... 3.4L DOHC. Original engine still running strong. On the way to work this morning I did a nice 7200RPM pull from 25-85 getting on the highway.

I think preventative maintenance is the key to longevity. My 1500 Z71 has 130K and runs strong. I think us enthusiasts may keep a better handle on things. I know I have days I look for something to run to the parts store for and a project to do. (Like my rear diff fluid change). Congrats on 200K!

Yep, my 2000 Silverado is at 130, I replaced 1 ft. wheel brg. and 2 emmissions check valves totaling $240 in 130k. It's never been in a shop.

Is there a club I can join?

I am crazy about changing fluids, and I do the same thing; on days when I am bored I go fixing things... somethings that don't really even need replacing.
