It's that time again!

The Grand Prix of Long Beach and the Guru is gonna be there!

We will be there for the Saturday ALMS event. There is a Corvette Corral with great parking! The problem here is that the Corral is inside the track and parking is outside... kind of disconnected. The parking is at the Marina, which is very close to the start/finish line.

I did that, back in 1977. Great trip, but the van smelled plenty funky with 5 people in there.

When my wife and I lived in Long Beach back in 1985, that was my birthday gift. We lived on Ocean Blvd. and just walked over. Is it still by Shoreline Village ? I stood in line to take a leak for 30 laps and basically missed the race.
