Good Morning CGs!

Welcome to the weekend! Time to kick back, relax, and work on all those things that will make your wife yell at you because you aren't spending time with her

Wifey is getting ready to do to the market shortly and pick up from new raspberry bushes for the garden and a few other misc plants. After she gets home, I'm on my own. Time to get crackin on the rear end swap. I can't wait.

Last night was a nice time. Cousin and his gf came over and we grilled a few burgers, sat around the fire pit, and had a couple brews. My idea of a Friday night. My hair still smells like the smoke from the fire pit. Better than cigarette smoke from a bar, though. We're going to some club downtown for BIL's birthday party. We don't plan on staying long, just kind of make an appearance type deal. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive downtown to stay for an hour and a half then drive 45 minutes back home. Oh well.

What's everyone else got planned?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Eating meats, especially those high in fat content, have been determined to cause cancer in lab animals, as well as enable excessive calorie retention, especially in the mid section, and is particularly hazardous to the donating animal species.

Glad to hear you had a good Friday night Matt.

Mine was rather uneventful. Today, I'm gonna kick back, relax and then go work my ass off for a few hours. Going to visit my wifes 94 y/o grandmother later. I guess we should visit with her while we can.

Good Morning Gurus!

I plan to do as much nothing as I can this weekend. I've already got more than a week's worth of work ahead of me next week.

At this rate, I could have my Z06 in October!

Being busy now is quite a blessing, Chris!

A bunch of yardwork is on the agenda today - just working on getting motivated enough to start.

What's the difference between Neil Armstrong and Michael Jackson?

Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon, and Michael Jackson sleeps with little boys.

What do Michael Jackson and Walmart have in common?

Boys underwear, half off.

Everyone have a good day. I have to go out and give the vette a quick bath before heading over to the cruz-in.

I am reminded why winter here isn't so bad - 6 months of no yardwork. I'm sore already.

went flying with my son. he had to do a 250 mile one way cross country flight as part of his comm.pilot license testing. we flew from chesterfield mo to prairie du chein wisc. we took off at 6:00 pm cst thur nite and landed at 8:20 pm cst. gassed the plane up. it took 25 gal $101.00. went across from the airport to a steak house and ate some dinner-new york strip 12 oz med rare. got back in the plane and flew home. left at 10:00 pm. about 20 min into the flight we heard a loud thump noise. the kid looked at me and asked wtf was that. i reply i dont know your the pilot. quickly checked all gages and all was good. got home and landed ok. got out and was looking the plane over. we found some feathers wedged in the left landing light frame work. a big blood streak over the top of the wing. the landing light frame was bent and the lense split in two. we looked at each other and said whoa. another 4 foot over it would have been a direct hit on windshield. but all in all it was a good time. outside of that sosdd. have a good weekend gurus.

Haha.

That's cool though, flying with the son!

I'm getting ready to go out to a club now. Not really my bag anymore, but it's my BILs bday party so it's a thing we're all doing. I'll still be calling it an early night. I have to get up and work on the differential
