Good Morning CGs!

Another chilly start to the morning. Wifey said it's supposed to be a few degrees warmer than yesterday. Unfortunately, that just moves it from the "oh shit it's cold" category to the "oh damn it's cold" category. Not a large shift in the grand scheme of things.

I almost had the inclination to work on the vette last night, but I didn't have the time. I'm like an old man with my early bedtime and I know that if I started a project I wouldn't want to stop. I did look up some research stuff on u-joints. I figure since I'm gonna change the rear end out this winter it makes sense to do them. As far as I know, the ones on there now are original with almost 90,000 on them.

Stay warm.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Hhhhhhmmmmm .....

7:40 AM. Just got back from giving a blood sample. What a coffee drinker wont do to get to have his coffee. The place opened at 7:00 AM and I was there at 6:58.
Should be getting the 91 back soon. My wife decided to give us an early X-mas present. The Vert is getting a new hat.(top) We had a paint matching top but it's going back to tan. Supposed to get up to 81* today. That's too damn warm for this time of year. I ordered mid 70s.
Breakfast time....... Waffles sound good.... mmmmm.

Here is a before pic of the top. I'll post an after when we get it back.

Good morning! Decent day for me here in Ga. A little drizzle, but warm. Got to get going and hit some tire stores, need to look at all these tires in person. I had rather stick a rusty nail in my foot than shop for tires.Have a good day.

Good Morning Gurus!

Another day of packing up my office. Looks weird in here. No pictures, no shelves.. No soul.

Can't wait to get it all set up in my basement though.

Going to my first of three going away meals today, so only in the office for a few hours. Gotta love that!

Four feet of snow expected in the high country of Colorado tonight. Hopefully only and inch or so at my house. None would be fine too...

Stay warm, Gurus!

Morning! Finishing up a 8 hour course....well, more like starting it. Its taking longer than expected. I thought I could fly through it in an hour but thats just not the case. The server keeps crashing and its a web based course so um...yeah it sucks. Might be getting a log splitter tonight, 8 HP not sure on how many ton pressure it has yet but usually with that much power you can bet on about 10 or better.

back to tan? The ruby/ruby looks good (needs OEM wheels!). Is it dyed and fading?

Good morning, or good afternoon, depending on where you are!

It has turned into a sunny day here today. Yesterday's rain was windy and plentiful. I think we're in for more showers tomorrow.

The top needs refabrication. It's faded and mildew stained. I asked her about going back to the same color. I found out later she ordered tan which is OEM. It was a SURPRISE. I replaced the wheels and tires it came with. No changes seen in the near future.

Good afternoon, it is cold but not snowing. It has been an interesting day so far. We refinanced our 07 Malibu at our credit union with much better terms however today I was contacted by my loan officer that the dealership put the wrong financial institution on the title. Citicorp financed it but the title shows 5/3 Bank???. 5/3 are being "difficult" and won't release the lean that they do not have. I'll have to go to the dealership and have them correct the error. It seems to me rather funny, if I default 5/3 won't care cause they don't hold the paper and Citicorp can't repo it because their name isn't on the title. LOL, alas I won't be testing that situation although my company says in January we may be going to 3 day work weeks. Downside, hurts the pocketbook, upside, January is my start point for repairs and upgrades on the 92 and that will give me plenty of time to do it.

Old blue eyes said it best...

Have a good day.

Everything ok?

Crappy day out today, the snow started coming down around 11:30 and didn't let up. Took me an hour and forty minutes to get home. Ugh. Roads sucked. Busted out the snowblower and took care of the drive then had some dinner. Not too bad.

Hope everyone else's day was good.
