Good Morning CGs!

Welcome to Monday. I miss the weekend already! It was quite nice having that extended few days off. Now it's back to reality. My reality is that my wife is using the "new baby" as an excuse to go shopping every 2 days. Holy crap the amount of stuff that woman is buying is mind boggling. This kid isn't even born yet, and he's got more clothing than me! And of course she can't buy something for him without buying something for Samantha...geeze. I'm gonna go bankrupt!

Good news for me is no running today. Give the legs a break. I'll hit the weights, though, so that is something to look forward to.

Doesn't your wife know it takes a village to raise a child. Have two or three baby showers. That should help pack the room.

Good morning! Nice day today - the humidity blew out of here, gonna be mid-to-high 70's and sunny. The top is off the Vette, made for a reasonably delightful commute. Hopefully we'll get a few more days like this in a row.

Back home feels good. Matt, better get used to it, they'll use any excuse whatsoever. TOMMY, wake up! LOL Brad, we're having the same weather as you. It's very nice this morning, and is supposed to be seasonably cool all week, we'll see.....

I have a project to build this week...I may as well get to it today. I also have some work on the Corvette that I want to do, so I have my day planned out.

Matt, it gets worse! I was saying the same thing the other day and my kids are in high school and college and working. I told the kids they better be successful because I am going to have needs in my old age. Cool out this morning, I better get going got a full day. Let's get out there and kick some business ass today Guru's.

Good morning all. Back to the grind! I spent all day yesterday working on the Corvette Club's website and setting up the online registration for our upcoming drag races and car show on Sept. 12. Its beginning to become a chore. It takes time to do that stuff that people don't have a clue.

I'm glad to be at work so I have an excuse not to work on Club business! LOL

I'm gonna go look at a couple of snow blowers today.

I wish I could run this morning. Stepped on a nail at work Friday and it's still too sore.

I've been out working on the boat. My shirt is drenched and I'm sweating profusely. I can only handle about 15 minutes then I have to come in and cool off. Can't handle it like I used to. Maybe it's because I had to handle it. Got all the stuff off. When I secured it last time I had through bolted everything. Factory just screws them in. They don't stay secure with just screws. I had to assume all kinds of contorted positions to get the stuff off. So, I'm replacing the horn, speakers and stern anchor light. I have so tighten up everything else because it works loose crashing through waves. Then take a look at the trailer lights. I'll catch a little break now because I have to go pick up the replacements then it's back to reinstall.

Nana at 96 is back in the hospital. Fluid in the lungs. I don't think she'll be with us too much longer. They have her sedated and on treatment. Time will tell.

Back to the grind.

I'm still trying to get one book finished, up, final deadline tomorrow, bout to go get my butt kicked at the gym

Good evening! Worked on my daughter's 07 today. Changed oil and detailed the inside for her.
Tonight is Fajita Mondays at Chilles. Last week our group closed the place down! All the Guys are former military or federal agents,honestly I don't know why our wives put up with us . Great group! Some real badasses back in the day! Cool!

I gave one the agents the" cone of silence" pic from Get Smart when he retired. That got great reviews! A few anal agents laughed. These are the last of a breed that kicked ass and took no names.
