Yeah well whats it gonna be....more winter or an early spring? We wait with baited breath.....

The girls are off for the first day of thier concealed carry classes. Class time today and gun range tomorrow. I have not pushed them to do this I wanted it to be their decision. Which they both have made. I hope it goes well for them.

Be back in a bit......

Good Morning CGs!

Well, the flu virus has affected our house heavily this whole week. RR#1 has/had been sick since Monday evening. She finally got better yesterday, but still tired and cranky from the whole ordeal. RR#2 started with the vomiting on Thursday night. He seems to have gotten better over the day yesterday, but not sure yet. Wife started feeling weak and dizzy/lightheaded yesterday morning with an upset stomach. So it's been a lot of loads of laundry for me, running to the store here and there, dealing with the kids, etc. Keeping me busy. Luckily I got to drop off RR#1 at the outlaws last night so that gave us a little break from her. Pheeew. I am still feeling ok, hope the bug doesn't affect me.

Still haven't found time to work on the vette, but it's gnawing away at me inside to get started. I really want to. I did make a phone call to transgo yesterday to make sure everything from the kit would be ok for the rebuild and he said it would.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

It was -1 when I went outside yesterday to go to work. I was afraid the battery wouldn't crank but it did.

I'm guessing more winter

....and you'd be guessing wrong Punxsutawney Phil breath..... No shadow when he popped out of his den and that means an early spring......heck he's as good as the weather folks have been lately...geez...

Wash your hands a lot and wipe the counters and bathrooms down with disinfectants...its about all you can do....oh yeah keep your hands outa your mouth.....Hope you don't get it Matt.....

As I was saying Uwoman and Ugirl are taking the CC class today. We are peaceful folks who go to church and who just want everybody to get along. So this was a decision that was openly debated in the family. I was not against it by any means but wanted them to be wanting to do the classes on thier own and not me pushing them one way or the other. In the end they felt they wanted to have a weapon on or around them if they so choose so that is what they are doing.

GM CGs

I have a full days work ahead of me. What I'm gonna do I'm not sure yet, but whatever I do there will be a full days work ahead of me. Wifey has an educational booth at the 100th Anniversary of Homestead celebration at Harris Feild. She will be eduacating people on native plants and plants that attract birds and butterflies. She has some plants, cacoons and butterflies to show whoever is interested. I, on the other hand can work on the cars, the boat, the nursery, the yard or the house. Nothing is urgent. It's just that if I don't do it, it won't get done. Have a fun filled day boyz and girlz.

I don't know.................not awake.

5 sunny springlike days here? At least I can have the garage doors open to vent the laquer thinner fumes while I scrub the dirty bottom of the C2.

Which is better than scrubbing my dirty bottom.

Or,

5 horseman

5 hookers

C5

5 chairs?

Maybe I should go back to bed.

Greetings! So Bill Murray didn't see his shadow? Good. I slept in until I heard the plow go by, so there must be shoveling to do. Nothing personal against plow drivers, but I hope they soon have no work to do.

Flu mojo, Matt!

Have a good day, Gurus!

Finally got around to doing my grout today, looks bitchin. More work to do tomorrow. What superbowl?

Ooh, maybe I'll do my taxes, that will be fun.

I need to get the vette buffed out too. The neighbor's stucco guy got overspray all over it that was stuck on there really good. This is after already hounding them the first time for not giving me a heads up before spraying paint. They protect their block wall from overspray but my cars parked next to it, be damned.

So the neighbor got him to "clean it off" which apparently meant rub a gritty rag all over the car, so now it has deep swirl scratches over all but the passenger door, and still stucco bits on it. He's gonna pay for the buffing now. That is if I can even get a detail guy to touch it, the paint was already bad to begin with. But that's no excuse for him to fuck it up worse.

I was just out on the deck grilling burgers, with spring coming early, I just had a craving for burnt meat.

Also, whipped up a batch of pickled jalapinos (nachos) for tomorrow's fooball heartburn.
