Good Morning CGs!

TGIF!! I need it. I am ready for the weekend. And the weather is supposed to be nice - even better! I've got a lot of plans, too. This day can't be over soon enough. I'm hopinh the builder calls me today with some updates. Saturday morning I have to get fitted for a tux. Then when I get home it's time to clean the garage and maybe tinker on the car. I think I might pull the trans. Going out Saturday night to celebrate my BIL's bday from last week. Sunday we have a Christening in the afternoon (Polish Christenings are like mini-weddings...trust me). SO I'm booked. Monday I think I'm gonna go talk to the trans guy and maybe drop it off. So I've got a full plate.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

You're gonna have to post pics rocking the tux, Matt! I'm more than ready for Friday, too. Looks like I'll have a set of used Corsas coming next week, so I need to try to whittle down the honey-do list this weekend.

Have a great Friday, all!

Well, we had mid 90s heat most of the week then a cold front and rain came in last night leaving us 60-70 degree days for the weekend. The rain was needed, as it knocked out a lot of the pollen that was laying on everything.
I'm really steamed that my car is not back together yet, but don't know who to blame that on except myself. I should have been doing this stuff while it sat up at Sport Chevrolet on display for a month in January and February.
I'm still waiting on interior components that will hopefully be here next week and a couple other interior accessory surprises I'm going to unveil to you all when it’s all done.
Hope you all have a great weekend

Do you guys wanna see how I look in a tux?

The lost package is still lost. FIC sent me a second one that I received today. I brought it up to the mechanic for installation. I'm looking forward to the 91's return. I knew it just didn't seem to be putting out like it used to. Even with it's current problem it could leave my 90 in the dust. It was fast but not scary fast. When I get it back it should be back to leaving three skidmarks. Two on the road and one in my drivers seat.

I wanna see that tux pic too. And while you're all at it, how bout a pic of that new motor?
I got up (just now) and noticed the vette still isn't home.
Hopefully one of my freelance checks will come in the mail today. No plans other than holding down the lawn chair outside and hopefully becoming a darker shade of white....
And, having a couple more pieces of that chocolate I got in the mail yesterday!

a friend has access to a lift

so I ordered the last of my suspension pieces and had them shipped out so I could get them all installed

My friend is in the hospital right now with ongoing health issues.

Puts things in perspective.

Afternoon Gurus. It's been a hectic day so far, TGIF. 38 days left. I fixed a computer for a friend today, what a POS, but it's fixed.

Weather is great here, slight breeze and temps in the mid 70's. I got wrapped up in nostalgia today, someone posted a picture of a 63 Dodge Polara....made me start thinking about my second car a 64 Polara 500. Been searching the internet for them and finding they are out there.

Greetings, Gurus. I left early this morning, just after 6am, to conduct a training. Usually when I do this training, there's about 25 students, today, I had 72. I think we had a good time, and I even let them go early. I also always provide chocolate - that's gotta help!
