When I was an engineer for Ingersoll-Rand, I visited a plant in Sherbrook,Canada. They made a 16 cyl, diesel powered natural gas pump about that size. It has 4 1/2 ft. dia. pistons. The rpm readline was 64.

My understanding is there was several hundred pounds of left over material after the rebuild. (2 lock washers and a 2 ft. bolt)
