Whoa Momma! That's the way a Vette engine is supposed to look. Was it a problem getting the wire bundles out of the way so you can run the pvc and breather hoses along the top of the valve covers?

On my Blackberry Tour, I email them to my address and send them to my computer. From the computer I send them to photobucket then paste them on the forum. It's a pain especially for one whose of the 8 track generation. It takes time but have proven I can learn new tricks.

Very early good morning Guru's. Woofed down a Legendary Runza burger and onion rings at about 8:30 last night and it is still with me. Got some Mylanta in me but now I can't sleep. Ultrawoman and I were out for a drive in the Vette last evening, and we pulled in to the aformentioned Runza drive through (which in my opinion is as good or better than In an Out Burgers) and pulled up behind a blue C5. My wife said, "man look at the rear end on that thing". I said yeah they do have a big butt, there is a trunk though. Oh, a trunk would be nice, she replied. As the C5 left they had seen us behind them and they waved and let me hear the pipes. It sounded good to me and to the Mustang GT behind us.

I know the C5 is a better car in a lot of ways than a C4, but I never did like the back end on them. C6 looks trimmer but I really like the way my C4 looks.

Matt, it gets worse! I was saying the same thing the other day and my kids are in high school and college and working. I told the kids they better be successful because I am going to have needs in my old age. Cool out this morning, I better get going got a full day. I also am a member of the Patriot Guard. I have been on missions where we had to deal with people protesting the war at a fallen heros funeral. The flag lines helped to seperate the families from the distraction. One time we had to take a line of Harleys over by the protestors and let them idle to drown out their noise.

I would have to think that the fallen soldier had died to protect the rights of those idiots who used his funeral as a platform for their political or religious manifestations. I wanted to go over and kick their asses. We are told of course that there is to be absolutely no confrontations, we are there to honor a hero and provide a shield for thier families.

I much prefer other missions like escorting the Wall to where it is to be displayed. There are usually hundreds of riders and lots of food. Thanks for taking part!

My 90 came with a $22.00 G92 performance axle ratio. The build sheet shows both the G44 and the G92. Both are listed as 3.07's. I am confused.

It's hot here also. It was my turn to usher at Church today so I took the Vette early. I had bought one of those cling on sun filters for my bronze see through roof. When Church was over I opened up the car and couldn't figure out who threw a trash bag in my car. It turned out to be the sun filter. Nice! It had been working well and I was thinking it was $29 well spent bucks. Now I'm bummed! Oh yeah it works good just don't let the sun shine on your car. I think I'll send it back.

I can't afford the base car price, then you have to start adding all the goodies. I can still dream though!

I love McRibs! I am trying to buy a new Duramax and my Chevy salesman mentioned that they still have that Black ZR1 in the showroom. (like I would seriously consider buying it if they dropped 10K off the price.) I did crawl all over it when I was up there last spring. They have 2 for sale and they are not moving. This one stickered at 125K. I told him I had a 90 C4 and that's why I don't need a ZR1.

I like that store! I would love to wander in there with a loose 100K in my pocket.

I'm confused does he want 12K for this car or 33K. If it's 12K I would get that in a minute. I would let my wrench look it over to make sure no big engine problems. The car is only 4 years old and it's a ZO6. I would like to see pics.

Tommy, you need Comfort Gel maximum strength from Walgreens. We did Famous Dave's a few weeks back and the same thing happened to me. So I got out the CG and everything worked out alright. Gotta work outside today and it is going to be hot so I better get at it. Have a good day!

Thanks Ron, I figured out early if I got the family involved then things went a lot smoother when it was time to spend some bucks or go to a car show or run. The kids are gearheads so I figure I did my job. I have 2 daughters one lives in SoCal, one's in college and a son who is 16 and really into Mopars.

Great pics Brad. We have made that run before once with our 88 and several times in our 63. Many times on the bike, it's great country for Corvettes or Harleys. The Spearfish canyon run is one of the best ever. They have the best Indian Tacos up at Cheyenne Crossing. We just like Spearfish and the whole area of the Northern Hills. I'd like to spend some time up there if I ever get to slow down someday. Looked like some nice cars also.

Fuzzbuster. Late 70's model. Big square sucker. I get stopped all the time but the cops start laughing and give me a warning. Probably a Valintine if I get one.

Make sure you replace the brake fluid when you do your brakes. My brakes did not work well on my 90, the pads and rotors looked good. I then changed out the old (probably stock) fluid and it made a big difference.
