the 4x4 sticker

little zig zag

small enough that you'd only notice it if your looking for it.

WTF is wrong with people??

Wouldn't you like to catch someone doing this? Follow the home to see where they lived? And plan revenge? I would.

Time to get out the heat gun, remove the 4x4 and replace with "Corvette Racing" decals.

If I ever caught someone keying one of my rides I would be the one in jail for aggravated assault and making terroristic threats against the low life's family.

I always park way out so no one messes with it. One time when I did that we came out and found someone had parked about 2 inches away from my drivers side door. There were no other cars around us. They thought they were being cute I'm sure. I had to get in on the passenger side and crawl over to get the car moved. Which isn't all that easy when you are 6'2" in the C3 we then owned. I then proceded to try and kick out their headlights and tailights. My wife was having a cow as I calmly went about my business. I could have got the job done if I had been wearing my Tony Lama's that day and not my tennis shoes. I was pissed, and they had not even hurt my car.

As I have mellowed in my old age I have come to regret a lot of those type actions. I realize though that there are still things that can get me fired up and that is when you purposfully hurt the stuff I have worked hard to get or do anything against my wife or kids. 0 tolerence

How can you be sure? Why would someone key a sticker? And make it so small that it wasn't really noticeable?

Maybe its possible it was that way on the dealer lot and you didn't notice before? All it takes is a jackass in the detail department with a gritty rag to do that.

My mom just bought a new Toyota in January and has few miles on it, as it was sitting through a snow storm and then through the first week of the Toyota Debacle with the gas pedal. She went out yesterday and there is a scratch on the front quarter panel from someone or something. Seems these days its hard to keep shopping carts, other cars, snow, snow removal devices, trash trucks and road debris from doing weird things to our cars.

I hope you can have this repaired easily Brian, as the decals are easy to remove and reapply and perhaps the exposed paint that was scratched won't be as bad as it initially looks. Cross your fingers!

You may be able to remove it with a heat gun and some careful fingernails. I'd do that.

I agree. If someone wanted to key your car, they wouldn't limit it to a sticker.

Maybe it was a polite keyer!

Seriously. There's no point having nice shit anymore. Other people think you're a wacko if you don't mind your car getting bashed into. "Bumpers are for bumping!" I've rescued a few loose shopping carts that were escaping across parking lots. One was headed for a main intersection at about 15 mph. This was my new truck after about 2 weeks of owning it... The first ding hurts the most.

100% - I like to keep my stuff looking as nice as possible, but some things you can't prevent. Sucks about the scratch.

found out they scratch the ch!t out of one of the managers cars here.

He asked about the cameras only to be told their not on all the time.

Great, hopefully a female employee won't get raped some night.

Mine came with three. Here's the big one. Former owner was a soccer mom. She must have ticked somebody off pretty good.
