I know this arm rest is a bit "cliche'" but I like it and it matches the color scheme of the car pretty good.

This can be mounted in two directions, but I'm not sure which I like the best. I'm leaning one way more than the other, but thought I'd get a few opinions before installing it.

What orientation do you like best? Photo A or B?

Well.... you can't see it in the photo, but each seat head rest has a C4 logo and with the arm rest in the orientation of photo A it kind of seems like it is more symmetrical like that. I'm getting the feeling though, you guys like B better! LOL

I like A better. Looks better facing the front, IMHO.

The answer is really very obvious. It should be "B" when you are driving it, but then switched to "A" as soon as you park it. Or, if in doubt "B" all the time.

Don't let this bother you, but when you look in the rear-view mirror, the emblems on the seats are backwards ;-)

Wait until next week. The interior trim will be back in with the carbon fiber finish. Then it will be really hot!

The armrest came from MidAmerica - I'm not 100% happy with it, but the quality of the leather seems good, but they made it about an inch to short in all directions for my liking.

The AC Duct Trim work, Shift Plate and Radio Bezel were shipped to American HydroCarbon in Florida to be cleaned, prepped and covered in a fake Carbon Fiber finish. It looks and feels like the real deal, and looks pretty cool too. This photo is not my car, but one from the website.

Thanks, I've been wanting a shift boot, probably will go with Redline.

I saw a show on TV that showed the water plating process. They did some car parts. They did a lot of camo gunstocks. The stuff is supposed to hold up real well.
It was pretty intersting.

Don,

Nice interior. Can I ask- what is in the middle of the rear shelf trim in the pic in message #6, is it a speaker and why does the trim seem to curve around closer on the passenger side. I assuming that is a trim, but I can't really make it out.

That's not the rear shelf trim. It is the edge of the halo for the coupe, and that circular object is the mount for the right rear roof fastener.

Glad you like the interior. It is all back together now and looks awesome. See this thread

Shame the car don't run now.

It must be me having a bad day Don, I still can't figure that back bit, but not to worry.

Had a look at the other thread and whoaaa - that is neat in finished form.

Gonna have to pick your brains later, I read the bit about your new head unit working with the Bose speakers. I have a new Kenwood unit been sitting here for ages whilst I've been pondering the speaker work and various suggestions.
