Good morning everyone,

How is the bird Tommy???

Horrible day here http://www.comunitatvalenciana.com/we ... cante-playa-de-san-juan-0 , my nearest ‘beach’ webcam (slow to load). So it’s looking like a day to clean up the garage a bit.

----
Has anyone seen/tried this, apologies if it’s old news, but try this simple test for fun (no tricks):-

Read the following sentence:

FINISHED FILES ARE THE RESULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC STUDY COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS.

Now count aloud the ‘F’s in the sentence. Count them ONLY ONCE; do not go back and count them again.

Post your answer and move onto the next forum message.

Brought new camera in today will try to get pics of shop. Slow learner, so be patient.

Catch up to you guys later.

Good Morning CGs!

Well the sun is out! That's a nice change from the past couple of days where it was clouds and rain. Maybe I'll get to tinker in the garage today for a couple hours. I have to get cleaned up by 1 and go with my wife to the doctor for a check up.

I am a bit tired. I was up doing some reading and not finding the answers I wanted. Oh well. I want everything in order when I start putting the motor back together and dropping it in.

I don't have much to say today. But I'll tell you what, Fluff, with a picture like that I'll take your "horrible day" any time!

I hope everyone has a great day!

I'm exhausted already and its only 0830! The big Joint Forces Air Show is today here on Base at Andrews AFB where I work. The Blue Angels and the Air Force Thunderbirds will be flying today. This is the first time I have known them to fly on the same day here. There will lots of other cool hardware to check out. I hope I can get over to the flight line at lunch time today. Its overcast this morning, I hope the clouds move out for the air show.

Fluff - I read your line and tried to not concentrate too hard on the Fs, but I counted four. I know I must have missed something or it wouldn't be a teaser. I found the one I missed. Duh!

Take Care and hope all of you have a good day.

Greetings and Happy Friday! I actually had to use my sun visors this morning - something must be awry.

Have a great day, everyone!

The bird is hanging in there so far. We should know in a couple of days if she's gonna make it.
Sunny, windy, warm and lots of clouds today. Saw the Thundebirds last year. They brought the Air Show back to Homestead Air Resesve Base after a long hiatus. I love to watch the planes do their inspiring maneuvers.

I've had to delete or edit several of my posts today. I'm on some kind of rampage. Better keep an eye on me. LOL

I ordered the harness, Crutchfield rep was really helpful! lot of Bose owners are replacing their head units with Pioneer.

Still not sure of speakers yet! Going to Best Buy and check them out today!

Don,

There is six F's in the sentence, few people seem to find them all because the brain takes in 'of's as 'ov'... or so it goes!

Tommy - thanks for posting the pics of the purple martins - so beautiful!

Fluff - thanks for the word puzzle. I missed some of the Fs in OFs, too! Dang it!

Andy downloaded this word game, iAssociate, on his iPhone. Addicting!

I'm having lunch with a friend down in Long Beach. Should be a lovely time out by the harbor.

Sawyer think you can dance?

I don't know Don, I only counted three the first time through, that's what I call a dufus.

Actually the kids aren't too bad today, not sure what's up. the weather is more seasonal today mid 60's and chance for some t-storms this afternoon/evening. Only 10 more days of students.

We've hauled a couple loads of the daughters' stuff to the house. I finally procured a place to go with the rest of her stuff in a couple weeks. Life is going to change here for me at about the end of the month. I'm trying to prepare myself for the 24/7 of three grandsons and a daughter.

Sawyer.....that's my newest grandson's name.

I have one and I can never figure out how to use it properly. I've read the instructions 10 times. I just revert to the old way of doing it on the bench grinder, and my $100 toy sits on top of a cabinet.

Keep tryin', it takes a while to get it.
Funny you should mention theis, mine (the least expensive one that only goes to 1/2in., I think)works like a charm.
We had the larger one in the race shop and I couldn't get a good point with it. But I only tried it a couple of times.

My small one works great, I've done so many bits that I need a new stone for it.
