Let me start this by saying that I don't do Facebook. Just not my thing.

But for Chevy to have a button on the dash for you to hear your Facebook updates while driving is WAY over the top. What more do we need to put in our cars to distract us from what we are really supposed to be doing...DRIVING. Shit half the people on the road today can't drive and handle talking on their cellphone. God forbid we have to wait to get home to check facebook...

Just sad.

I do the Facebook stuff fairly regular, perhaps not as often as many but I think the "in car FB Status" is a bit much. I hope this silly stuff doesn't hurt Chevrolet. They can do some really stupid stuff.

My wifes has the Sync system in her Fusion, Its fun to get the Fem voice on Sync to cuss. GM is getting too gadget friendly...

I passed a lady the other day on the highway that had a notepad on the steering wheel, a cigarette in one hand, a pen in the other and her cellphone wedged against her shoulder... all she needed was some Facebook updates.

Last fall I was hit in rear end by one of our students, texting, putting on makeup and steering with her knees. Toyota Yaris vs Chevy 4x4 she lost. One of our police officers saw the whole thing. She got a ticket for not having control of her vehicle, use of a cell phone while driving and neglegence.
Knocked the rust off my truck and cured body squeeks.

They need a "you're driving like a tool" update in the car for most people.

Sorry state if that's what the customer wants. How many people don't even know how many cylinders their engine has.

HTC released two new smart phones that have a dedicated Facebook button that will instantly and simply upload whatever media you are using to your account, saving the user the time and effort it takes to log in and upload media. BLEECCKKK.
