I'm trying to think of what my plans are for the day before my wife asks me what are my plans for the day. Not that I don't have things to do. She sometimes wants to know what I have planned. Days like today I don't have a plan. I just have things to do. I'm sure she'll try to pigeon hole me. That's the way she is.
 And me trying to beat her to the punch, that's the way I am.  |

Tommy - if you're up before the wife, you could just leave....lol. Come home around dinner time and ask what's there to eat? See how that goes  The weather has changed today for the worse. After a few pleasant days, it's already extremely windy and cold out there. Rain tomorrow. Neighbor already has up their Thanksgiving inflatable decorations...down with the pumpkins and ghosts, up with the turkeys and pilgrims. Soon it will be Christmas. Man. Where does the time go? Greetings! It's supposed to be mid-50's and sunny the next couple days - that is mighty decent for this time of year. Hopefully this year won't be a repeat of last year, when we got dumped on November 11 and it sucked until April.
Last week while we were on vacation up in northern MN, we stopped by my grandparents' old place. I loved that house when I was a kid, and remember every inch of it. It has changed hands a number of times over the decades since my grandparents passed away. A realtor recently bought it out of foreclosure, did a bunch of renovations and put it up for sale. Good morning, rain cleared out and it looks like it will be cooler but clear out here on the Great Plains. Time is flying by and the older you get the faster it goes seems like.
Big meetings today then back to soil testing and selling. My DNBFS days are over for awhile. I will have to live vicariously thru Bill and Tommy as they describe days of reckless abandon......(big sigh) Got to fix the running lights on the C5 today if I get a chance, I am looking forward to some nice drives before snow fall this winter. Endevor to persevere in all things Guru's......Good Day! |

Morning guys...I am giving a standardized test this morning. Took a full hour just to fill in the freaking student info. There was a freaking booklet just for the filling out of that information......total craziness. The students are working on the first test now.

Good morning gang ! I am going to do a mini DNBFS tour this weekend. Taking Friday off to go to Michigan for a big snowmobile show. Saturday I will spend all day cooking pancakes at the Grange hall back home on PA. Yeah, it sounds like a lot of work and it is but it is still fun. Sunday will be recovery day.

Nasty weather here in Chi-town, but a good day none the less. Went back to the hospital this morning and got fitted for my radiation mask. Very interesting experience. It's amazing how precise they are with cutting the opening in the mask and aligning everything. First treatment of fifteen is Monday morning. I also want to say thanks to everyone here for all the encouragement, prayers, and good mojo. It's working. The wife and I are thinking about checking this place out on Saturday morning: Bailey's Discount Warehouse - North Judson, IN Five acres of everything under the sun that you can imaging wanting to buy. We love places like this, just wandering around for hours looking at stuff. Hoping to tick a few folks off of our Christmas list while we're there. Have a good day Gurus! Ron |

So far today,,,,,,I did order a Corvette catalog and a waterpump rebuild kit.
I went to the grocery store like I did yesterday, it was much easier today as i remembered to take along my shopping list. I stood in the shop and looked at both Corvettes but decided that lunch and a nap would be DNBFS.  |
