Traded my '91 on a brand new 2012 Grand Sport Heritage Edition 3LT vert.(power top) auto. My new traveling buddy.
I loved my '91, my first 'vette, but the new one is just... well I'll let the pictures do the talking. Can't wait to hit the road.

Andy knew what he was doing when he changed names from C4-Guru to CorvetteGuruForum.com, He must have had a feeling about this. Congrats on the new ride. May it bring you pleasure for many many years to come. Of course, a first hand, full, evaluation and pics of of your new baby from angles no one ever took before, are expected.

Enjoy the ride. __________ _________

Thanks guys, I typed up a reply but I guess I exceeded the forum time limit and lost it when I tried to post. I'll try again later, have to go out and play now.

Hint: For future use. Right click , cut or copy, open new reply box and paste. Sometimes I get lucky just hitting submit a second time after the excceded time box shows up. Sometimes it just falls into the cyber abyss. I hate when it does that. Some of my best, life changing posts. lost forever .....

I couldn't stand the thought of haggling with low-balling tire kickers by trying to sell my pride and joy privately. Rather give it to the dealer, which is basically what happened.

Thanks, I've always admired the white/red of the first Corvettes. Hence the "Heritage Edition" moniker.
The two-tone interior reminds me of one of my favorite color combos on some of the fabulous 50's cars.

Ha-ha, yeah. Since I really don't have any blood, sweat and tears in this one ('cept for the purchase price) and no clam shell hood (not much shiny stuff to ogle under the hood either), I'm going to try and not worry about every water spot.

Great looking GS!

My wife and always agree that someday we'll give in and get a Corvette with the heritage color combination - looks good with any generation.

Those 2012s are really nice ...
