Good morning gang.
Well now that Microsoft no longer supports XP are you guys moving on or staying put for now? Me I'm staying put for now. Looks like a nice day on tap here. Plenty of sunshine and temps in the upper 50's maybe low 60's. Lets get going. Good Morning CGs!
Well today should be the first day of "spring" we've seen - mid 60s and sun. Should be nice this whole week temp-wise with a few t-storms here and there. I can deal with that. Got the dash all reassembled, new tires, and a chance to drive the vette? Life is good. I'll be driving it to work today and probably this whole week. Mileage can't top the diesel but oh well  Mike - I have XP media center and have zero plans to upgrade. I think I ran XP pro for about 10 years. Only reason I have this one is it is what came on the computer my neighbor gave me to fix. And I have the discs so I am ok with using it until it dies. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |

Hidey-ho! If the weather geniuses are accurate, we'll hit 70 today for the first time in 6 months. That can only mean one thing - yard work can't be too far off. And it looks like WW3, so there will be no shortage of it. A few golf courses are opening today as well. My league starts at the end of the month, so I'll have to dust off the clubs pretty soon.

Hoorahh....the phone started ringing at 7 bells this morning and has not stopped....something about getting up to 80 today may have something to do with it....
Anyway I got to go.....I did run into Joe who had the perfect 91 and bought a new GS, on another forum....I pm'd him and said hi and he said Hi back and everything was going well.....I have only been on here since 09 and there are a lot of folks who were regulars at that time that have drifted away into the Ethernet.... Ring ring.....gotta go.....be safe Guru's.... |

What exactly happened to Case? Seems like I might have asked that before. He and I used to write back and forth, he always told me to come there said I'd love the climate - wished I could! Always emailed pretty photos. Was building some sort of eco house too or something. Sent me some odds and ends for the '96 when I had it. Then we lost touch and I never heard from him again.
Due to be 60s here and sunny, 75 and beautiful tomorrow. Of course if you're on welfare you might enjoy it but if you work you will enjoy the sucky weekend we're due to have. It's always nice when you have to work but when the weekend comes the good weather is over with already. Figures. Alas, this is Arkansas. Sitting here staring at pineapple chunks and yogurt for breakfast - thinking I'd rather have a double stack cheeseburger - something must be wrong with me. TB- thanks for getting ready to send the turning - can't wait to see it! Also looking for a snake pic in my email - if he sends it through I'll downsize and post up for the rest... |

Good morning! Looks to be another beautiful day in the neighborhood. Heading up to the valley today to pick up some ingredients, and while we're in that part of town, I'm taking my mom to a bbq restaurant for lunch that she hears is pretty good. Looking at the menu, it looks to be bbq as well as a little southern soul, too. Sounds tasty!

Third day doing a Key largo run. Game night tonight. Clean up the house a little, cook something for dinner (or call for pizza) and do a few little chores today is the plan. Tomorrow night we have the Crime Watch meeting here. Kill two events with one clean up.

I recently built a new PC and retired my old XP machine (which had run Win2K until a few years ago). It still runs, so I may use it for something on the home network, just not connected to the innerweb.

hello gurus. the physical therapist just got done with me. man was he rough on me today. but in the long run it will all be worth the pain now. no plans for today except to enjoy the weather. going to the doc tomorrow and let him check his work. letty that be a big a$$ worm that boy has there. well yall have avery good day now.

Well not a bad day overall. On the way to work I fell in behind a silver C6 (even got a wave) so I followed him for a few miles. On the way home had a guy pull up to me at a traffic light and tell me how much he liked my car and the cam sounded great.
 Also figured out my wheel shimmy. I've only put 60-70 miles on the car so far but I noticed a bit of a shake in the front end. Checked the front d/s tire and found nothing. As in no wheel weights. I heard them fall off the other day when I took it out for the first test drive (fell off about 250 feet from my house) but didn't know if it was a rock...now I know. I'll get that fixed up later. |
