Well, on the '74 I have plans on adding my Hydro booster and then installing the new steering box. I'm also considering some 2001 C5 wheels for my '95.

Yeah, I really don't like the looks of them as much as the C5 wheels.

My spring plans? I'm putting in...

you guessed it...

A new rear spring.

And all new shocks, and new halfshaft U-joints, spherical rod end strut rods, and now new gears and rebuilding, polishing, and tuning my rear differential. Why do these projects always go out of control like this for me?????

Hey Doug did you ever put that old grimy rim to good use? It was great getting to see you again, maybe next time you're in town we'll have more time for a sit down with food and drink.

I am sprucing up the Interior and fixing my dash lights. I am also doing the regimine of wash, clay, polish, wax, wax

But all of this is hard since the days are nice and i just cant seem to not stop getting in and taking her for a spin.

Makes for getting these projects started and finished real tough!!!

That just means you have the get up early and actually schedule a drive, giving yourself a few hours to work on the car before you're actually allowed to get in and drive.

Alright here we go,
On the coupe I finished installing the front suspension and the new dewitt radiator, plus need to finish detailing the engine bay. Going to remove the AC evaporator & housing and the heater core and clean up everything then install the new heater core. While I have the evaporator out I'll remove the exhaust manifolds and change all the plug wires then clean up and re install the exhaust manifolds at that point I'll have had my mind made up and decide on whether to get the loud or quite side exhaust (69) style then install them.
Sometime after that I'll rebuild the steering assy.
Once this is finished I'll move to the ass end and start in there.
Now the convertible.
Let's put it this way, she needs a lot of work to.

I liked it so much as far as the instalation I bought a second for my convertible last month when dewitt had his sale going on.
When dewitt said direct fit, I means it was a direct fit.
I did not have to alter anything to install and to me that was worth every penny.
I'll be lucky to get it in the vert before june, but in the mean time I can stare at it in my garage. LOL.

Fired the Vette up Saturday, did a walk around and found something leaking around the right muffler. I shut her down and found the right rear fuel return line hose leaking. So now I have a new spring project. It looked like the 36 yr old hose was cracking, so I ordered all new hoses and clamps from the good Dr. R. Hope they get here before this week end.
