The big hang up is if it's the base 3000GT or the VR4. VR4 has more appeal as it has more power and AWD.

Do a search on ebay to find out what a trans might cost and go from there.

Also check and see what a comparable car sells for to see if it is worth doing.

They still work though. I need cheap. I've been trying to find a used set of 84-87 offset 5 spokes, but only new.

Keep in mind, most sanctioning bodies stipulate the same or better for passengers. And a 5 point is no more hassle than a 4 point.

There was an interior dimension change in 90. So you may have the wrong bar for your car.

So basically somebody marked the balancer for the 360 degree rotation so they could have a visual mark on where they needed to go.

I'm currently tentative. I'm flying to Canada (now) and am doing head gaskets in a LT5. If I get done in time, I will fly down to Sebring. I've got my fingers crossed.

If I go, I will be a pure spectator. First time in a long time, as I didn't bring my camera gear, plus my credentials have not arrived yet.

One sold recently for 7,800.

It doesn't have the sealed motor because it was never converted.

Alright guys, these parts came out of 85, all are in good shape, anything that was flat out broken got disposed of as I did not want to mess with it. Click on the link to see the pictures of them item.

List is as follows
1) Radio surround, no cracks great shape
2) Bose head unit (working)
3) Door pull with locks and lights Driver and passenger
4) Left and Right Rear bose speaker assemblies (working)
5) Front plate insert (brown color)
6) Hatch switch
7) Jack still in wrapper with original rubber band sealing it

As i typically don't deal in these parts, I am not sure on a value, I was going to list them on eBay with a starting price of .99 and no reserve. So make me a reasonable offer, I'm not looking to make a fortune off these parts.

Got a bunch of stuff I am listing and figuring I will be combining most of them into one shipment for buyers. The new shipping policy states you must set a shipping price.

How the hell do I know what it is when I don't know how big a box I will be using. Why is selling on ebay becoming such a hassle?

See parts for sale ad shortly.

Not much of a test.

For $200k you could get a faster car and have enough left over to get a new C6 as a DD.

No joke. And considering Riley could not get Lou's ALMS car underweight.... No thanks.

Here is a question, I'm assuming that means it should have a positive volt? If so, no it has like -.19 volts.

4. Measure volt between terminal C and chassis ground, should be B+
(same as above)

No B+ means the signal should be the same as the current battery voltage.

So my options are

Open ignition feed circuit to MAF sensor (i believe this is it) or Open ground circuit to MAF sensor.

Now I'm not really sure where to go from here. I tried looking for a circuit diagram so i can find out where the ground is for the 339 circuit and am not having much luck. Also tried looking in the ignition section. I am basically not having much luck trying to locate where in the shop manual i need to go next.

You will not find the ground for wire 339 as that is the power wire. It joins back in at S115 with the EVAP, EGR Solenoid, TPS interface module and the CAGS 2-3 blockout (if equipped)

The ground is Number 108 and it is at the passenger side front head.

My suggestion is to repin the harness and create a new power feed and a new ground. And see if the car runs correctly. The yellow wire is the signal wire going to the PCM.

36 is MAF burn off
42 is the EST

You do need to troubleshoot both of those.

Did you reset the ECM after setting the timing after pulling the ESC wire?

If you can hold out and get a little more cash, the C6 Z06 market is falling hard. I've seen 06 and 07 cars in the high 30's. These cars have low miles as well.

Unless you just really like the look of a C5.

Helps if you put a screwdriver in the vane of the rotor to help lock the axle in place. That is if you have vanes in your rotor.

What brought this up as the final straw, I was looking for a ipod cord for my alpine head unit, and the price was all over the place. From 5 bucks to 35.

I'm going apeshit over this stuff. Finding knockoff parts that are being labeled as OEM, or "Ref to part #xxx". The line is becoming so fine that it's almost hard to tell anymore. I'm suspecting some manufacturing companies are spitting out real deal and then selling some on the side as well.

I must driving his car now is great. he uses it as his daily driver. He has also done the coilover conversion as well on it.
