the trick is: quit celebrating birthdays when you're 26, that's what I did.

So, now when someone asks how old I am, I say "How the f would I know?"

As I said here before: "I don't get old, I get older."
The difference is profound.

Sharon Gless still looks pretty good. Mike Farrell has aged very gracefully. So has Marilyn McCoo!

The pics of Peter OToole and Kelly McGillis were the ones that shocked me the most.
And, thanks for the compliment
I used to watch American Bandstand and Soul Train also when I was a kid.

My mother new I watched those showes. She didn't know I watched those show for the hot girls. My mother asummed I could dance so she made me teach my older sister to dance. That sucked.

The other show from la on channel 5 Was the grovie shoe featuring Cam Nelson. She married Bob Segram.(Pole Valter) While competing at a track meet at Cal State Long Beach I got to baby sit their child. I fell in love.

LOL, I was going to say the same thing. I only knew of two of them. I had to Google the others and really I lost interest in that pretty quick.

Yikes! The years have not been all that kind to Kelly McGillis. She was gorgeous in "Top Gun". When we first met, my wife bore a striking resemblance to a young Kelly McGillis, and even wore a dead-ringer brunette version of Kelly McGillis' hair. Obviously, this played no small part in my attraction to her. ;)

I need to show this to my wife. Back then, she wanted to look like Kelly McGillis. I'd bet Kelly McGillis would love to look like my wife does now.

I bet you could do a side by side of Betty White in 1950 and now and it would be the same picture...I think she's been old for 100 years, so she must be 200?

Hated Soul Train. Now let me explain here, I had no problem with the show in general it was the intro. You see I had a habit of dozing off on the couch and just about the time I was getting into a nice sleep SOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUULLLL TTRRRAAAIINN ! Shook the crap right out of me and I was wide awake again.

Speaking of shows from bygone years.. when I was about 6.. why was it that my mother would let me know when it was time to watch All in the Family, but when the show Maude came on afterward I was sent to bed. I was told that 'an impressionable little girl don't need to watch Maude"... WTH? But racist, cussing Archie Bunker was okay????
