I agree on the Beam Plates. I would like to have them but $200 is ridiculous.

Hard to believe that a TB change would cause all of that.

Slotted rotors are designed to let the gases escape. They do nothing for heat removal.

Got stopped once back in the 70s ( yes I am old) in Utah driving my Dodge van. The trooper walks up to the window and says " I heard you give away my position back there." I responded, "Huh?"

He thought I had pointed out his speed trap on CB.

I pointed out that there was no CB or antenna on the vehicle.

He got a pained look on his face, handed me my license, and left with out a bye your leave or anything.

Never give a cop permission to search your vehicle.

If you don't plan to pay the house off, extra principle payments are not a good idea.

We were wanting to get out of it because the payments are $1114.00/month yet we only get $900/month from my step son.

So we are paying $200/month out of our pockets to keep the house. That is what really sucks. I didn't mind as much thinking I was giving it to a worthy home value, but now I feel like I am throwing it away.

We are now on a 30year fixed rate so the rate shouldn't change, but I guess we will slowly start sending a little extra principle in each month to try and bring it down and hope to recoupe if and when the market goes back up.

Sorry it hurt you, tho. That sucks.

Appraisals are based on Comps. Similiar properties that have sold.

But then again, sometimes I get some weird ideas.

I have the polished Professional Products 52 MM on mt LT4 and am happy with it.

One drawback is that the top plate gasket is non standard and not available.

I think the limiting factor on getting more air may be the plumbing upstream of the TB.
