I will say the two that I bought back during the tranny dump, both had the sticker that and were brand new. There was not a single mark on the mounting flanges to show it had been used. The story behind them was ZF was warehousing them, and GM did not want them in inventory, so GM blew them out at 995 per trans for either LT5 or LT1.

Although I just got mine fired up and haven't driven it yet, I reused my stock roller lifters. All advice pointed to reusing them. I'm going to be less than 6500 rpm's, .544 lift on the cam, and they worked fine before the teardown. I'm confident they will be fine.
