Some of my posts apparently have been a little brash and offended some.
Guess Im taking some stuff out and shouldnt be after doing some reflecting. My diabetes is getting worse by the week and cant really do much more about it than I am. My feet are turning color because theres very little circulation to them;amputation in the future is real possible. Barely able to work, going blind, cant do anything outside of it, too exhausted. Wonder if Ill ever get to drive the 67. Just cant get the energy/time. Have to find some $$ to refund someone that I cannot finish a set of heads for. Failure doesnt sit well with me, never has. Too young for this chit. Thankful I can get around today though. Anyway Ive been an ahole so go ahead and toss those rotten tomoatoes. lol |

I haven't noticed any anger in your posts.
Type II runs in my family, I haven't gotten it... yet. I wish I had some kind of wisdom to pass on, but wisdom isn't in my bag of tricks. Hang in there, and you know, people here will help however we can. |

It's not your fault that you have this condition. You are far from a failure in anyones eyes. You only fail when you give up is what I tell my kids. You do all you can to get better and we will pray that happens. You will drive that C2 again. Marcus

My next door neighbor's diabetes has gotten so bad that he has sold all of his toys...antique cars, tools, etc, because he just can't see well enough to work on them or drive them. He's a bit older than you, but not old at all. Sometimes life throws curves at you, and we don't handle it so well, but you must move on. I'm with Andy, you really need to see a specialist.

Please see a doctor/specialist. Diabetes constricts the capillaries in your feet and and without proper circulation, you know what happens. It also affects your body in other ways and eventually causes other health problems. Diabetes was only one of the things I saw mother deal with.
I know what it feels like to have more on you than you can bear, believe me and you can't help how it makes you feel and how you react to that only reinforces the fact that you are only human. Best wishes this holiday season and prayers that your health will improve. |

I hadn't noticed any problems with your postings. And I never knew about the diabetes. Have you seen a specialist? Diet/medicine that can help? What's the diagnosis?

yea bro..ill keep ya in prayers mayun...hang tuff..i have a bro thats 62 wid bad diabtees..took his werk n huntin away..but he has since learnt ta love gardenin n doin as he wants rather then 9-5..got him a infared light fer pistolee so he points light at rabbits rather then sites n hes still good shot..good luck dude..paps

Oh God dude, I've already been through this with another friend last June. He called me and could not talk (thank technology for caller ID or he'd be dead). We got him to the hospital and he was hurtin. Untreated diabetes is not pretty. He figured he could handle himself. At 52 he looks like he could be MY Dad!

@@%^^ Doctor keeps putting me off, have to find an urgent care that will take insurance...ugh. Try and control it for the most part through diet, working out helps a lot with circulation so been hittin that hard.
Central, kiss my white arse  Car needs front clip put on, carpet/seats and some little stuff thats it. No time unfortunately. Havent driven anything since the Z sold, miss having a fix! |

I dont know anything about your illness, im no doctor, but if there is any advice i CAN give, it is be positive. You may not think that is worth a shot, but i think it is, and i dont think youve got any more to lose than you think youre allready losing. You may as well be positive. Sounds fucken hard though doesnt it. It may very well be. But it is no harder than being sad. People beat all kinds of things with nothing more than a positive attitude, so its always worth a shot. Give it a go mate, and never be afraid to ask anyone for help. I can always be available to listen if you ever need to talk to some arsehole youll probably never ever meet. |

The asshole description is subjective. But then so is the definition of a bad day/month/year.
My month sucks because I can't my motorcycle. It's really f**** terrible. I can't take it anymore. And while chowing down on kiesh this morning, I'm watching this kid on the TV commercial that wants me to donate $18 per month so he can have shoes and medical care. But he looks pretty happy playing with his starving friends barefoot in garbage. No matter how good or bad things are, there will always be something to be miserable about, and the misery is usually worse than the actual problem. Attitude is everything. |
