Nice, I like the gate.

Assume that you'll need a riding mower with an umbrella and probably a GPS.

The screened in area used to have an above ground pool. We're going to make a totoise pen (we have 9 tortoises) and an aviary/atrium. The area with posts in the back is for potted plants. It has material on the ground and as you see everything needs to be cleaned up. Not a major job for my wife and her crew.

A sun room in Florida?

I'd park cars in there, but then, I don't have someone to explain that to.

I'll have some inside pics when I get the keys after the closing. Not too bad actually. We should be able to move in a couple of weeks after we seal the deal. The after pics should be killer.

I like the setting, it's like, rural. I also like the little shack were you will no doubt be spending some of your time......I think you can make that quite comfortable.

Nice place and you bought it right.

What kind of water supply? Electric gate?

It sure looks like your 'honey do list' is going to get a whole lot longer. Looks like a nice place.

Electric gate but will need new remote. It's disconnected right now. Water supply is well water but it has a treatment tank. It has lots of motion sensor lighting, outside electric and hose spigots. Security cameras will be installed within days of taking possession.

I have a slab behind one of the sheds. Any ideas what I should do with it?

Looks like you have plenty of room. If the slab isn't big enough pour some more and make the size needed.

Is this the new Estate Thomas? Are you all moving into this and selling/renting the existing place?

How close is it to the nursery? Oh, did you get the lot next to the nursery yet?

It looks lovely. A little TLC and it will look like a million bucks!!! Clean up, pressure wash off the mud daubers and perhaps a coat of paint. If I was you, I would wait to do the hard work after about Oct 1.

Not as bad as I was expecting from your previous descriptions. Lots of established landscaping.

You're going from no garage to 2!

Keeping this house. My son may move in and we'll sell or rent out his place. It's about a half mile from the nursery. The one we wanted across from our second nursery fell through. The burnt one next to the nursery is still tied up in litigation. If we're lucky it'll stay in the limbo till we can pay down this one. Then we may pick that one up too. My wife really wants that one.

Just looks like it needs some TLC. As for the slab, I think you ought to build a garage over it or a workshop.

I agree! Considering how quickly that part of south FL can over grow, the lot looks nice.

How much land? How big is the house?

Tommy I think you under-appraised the property to us...very nice. I almost thought the sun porch was a greenhouse from some of the pictures...that would be neat. I bet you're excited for the garage and two sheds.

Can't wait to see the after pics.

Cook over medium heat 6-8 minutes on each side, cover with your choice of bbq sauce and spice last 5 minutes before removing from grill.

Tommy... I was on the road most of the day yesterday and only got a chance to see these through the little screen on my DROID until this morning. Nice place! I like the gate! really, I think it adds some class to the entrance. Also looks like with a little elbow grease and some help from a nurseryman like yourself the landscaping and yard will be awesome. Looks great! Just in time for Sebring!!

Looks great Tommy. I can see the potential.

Ours needed a little work as well when I decided to buy last year. Elsie liked it but couldn't picture how nice it would be when I was done (well when I was done paying the bill). Some new flooring and new paint.... Looks like a millon bucks now (half a million anyway).

Oh I vote pour some more concrete and build a big ass shop on that slab.

Best of luck with it.
