Grand Imperial Pooh-Bah San Pedro, CA 20859 Posts Member since: 2005/9/7 0:00	Due to the constant flux that is the Internet, we have made some changes to the moderation staff. We wish CasetheCorvetteMan all the best and hope to see him around sometime soon, but his responsibilities are making it difficult for him to continue as a moderator. Sorry to see you move on. But we welcome CSS996 - Chris - as our newest moderator! Let's all hear it for Chris!!! Andy

I tried to reply to this thread yesterday, clicked the middle button instead of the left button, and created a new thread. BTW, once someone creates a goof-up, how would one delete it? I don't see a delete option anywhere? Perhaps I should've created a new thread for this one, huh? I guess what I'm asking is this; Should "Create new topic" be located inside of a thread. Once you drill down into the thread, that option shouldn't be readily accessible for idiots like me who randomly click things to see what happens.

LOVE the new avatar SpectatorRacing! Dale, Matthew and NC Kid are in real trouble now! I do agree that even little people like you regular members :tongue: should be able to delete their own posts. I had been wanting that option, but kept forgetting to mention it. Could be a tricky proposition though. Maybe you can only delete a topic you start if there have been no replies. But you could delete a response to an existing reply. Dunno.... That's above my head. Anyway, thanks again. Hopefully I can do right by you folks. And hopefully I don't screw anything up. Chris

No one tells me anything anymore... sniff. deletes would work on all but the OP. I am sure Chris will do fine. Next up, Moderator Boot Camp. A hard core 10 minute chat on how to use the various admin panals, and what not to touch. I will give you a call tonight or tomorrow night.

So I have to change who can do what there to restrict it to only that user's posts. Plus I'm out of town all next week. I'll look into it after that.
