I was over at that other place, and I let someone get under my skin. He must know someone there... he provoked me and a couple other users, so I went off on him. Next thing I know, I'm banned, he isn't. Nice.
Heck, I know I deserved it, but they are weasels about it:

"You have been banned for the following reason:
I gave you 3 days then read more...figured you needed a month

Date the ban will be lifted: 04-20-2008, 05:00 PM"

A lot of guys drill their intakes out to use the Vortec heads from what I understand. No EGR, either afaik.
May want to verify this as Im not super hip to these heads.
It would seem best to use a dedicated intake for Vortec

Im going to do a little more intake work and flow them out of my pocket next week just to see where they are at, Im curious. THese are a nice head, GM did their homework on this one. IMO xlnt for the money.

Jeff, Thanks! For doing my duty, they canned me.

Gordon, I hear you brother.

From what I know, CF sold back in February of 2007, but we weren't informed until after Cruise In. I forget exactly, but those stupid Google ads started appearing and all hell broke loose. Remember at that time I was still on their side with no idea what was going to happen.
No matter what I did, they always had my back. If I ever got out of line, Jim or Jesse would PM me and explain why I shouldn't have said what I said and would simply lock the thread and move on.
Now they monitor everything I do, as if I'm some kind of threat to them. Well maybe they're right. I have a lot of friends and I can get them away from there and over here. It will take time though, but in the end it will be worth it.

Me and Jim Willis go back a ways. We used to meet up anytime I was in Alabama, have lunch dinner whatever. We even met up in Tampa when he had business there. His wife is a great person, I wonder how she feels about what he did for me.
Jesse I never knew well, but we do know each other well enough and he has always treated me with respect, but he is conspicuously silent through this last ordeal.

I now know what Sensei Earl and Blake felt like, I wonder what Bigtoe thinks of all this?

These guys were all personal friends of mine, more than just internet acquaintances and it saddens me that they act this way.

The only reason I stayed on as a member over there was because I still have friends there and the Drag Racing section is focused mostly on the Northeast, so I woul visit there mostly.

The Northeast section there can kiss my ass, they had a hand in all of this. SO far I haven't run inti any of those assholes, but when I do, I may actually run into them(just hope I have my truck instead of the vette that day).

Enough for now, I'm going to eat my dinner and relax.

Thanks for listening everyone.

I got the following info if someone can help:

Module 4 - codes H33 (Map Voltage - Low Vacuum), H34 (Map Voltage - High Vacuum), & H65 (Right Oxygen Sensor Rich)

I also have some fuel coming from the rear drivers side injector (or so it appears) leaking down on to the intake. I have put some pics up of that. I am assuming this is a leaking injector. Look like that to you?

I got lucky and got duty today which gives me tomorrow off. I had some guy I contacted about trading my vette for his bike plus cash to me (his bike was only worth $5,600) tell me that his bike was worth more than my vette! I understand KBB values and most of the time depending on the model or year they are a bit off. He told me that he could find vettes around my year all over for 4-5K. He has not responded back yet with where he can find these at! Last time I checked if they are that cheap there is some minor to MAJOR problems with them. Ah, but what can you do?

That is a great bike. Not a true sport bike but has a great bang for the buck value. I have ridden one of these a few times, it is quite comfortable even for a couple of hours.

I have the 2 wheeled Winnebago which is great for the long cruise, but its still fun to get on something like the Speed Triple that goes that fast and stops that quick.
Lots of technology for 10 grand.
Take it for a test ride, you will probably buy it.

More than likely your not doing anything wrong. There is a word limit of 1250 and thats hardly enough so its easy to run over. Check your count and if its over just continue on with a reply to the listing to get it all on.

Yeah, I was wondering how often they'd have to change shoes, especially if they're wearing them cuz they go through debris fields.

The phone rings and the lady of the house answers, "Hello"

"Mrs. Ward, please."

"Speaking."

"Mrs. Ward, this is Doctor Jones at the Medical Testing Laboratory. When your doctor sent your husband's biopsy to the lab yesterday, a biopsy from another Mr. Ward arrived as well, and we are now uncertain which one is your husband's. Frankly the results are either bad or terrible."

"What do you mean?" Mrs. Ward asks nervously.

"Well, one of the specimens tested positive for Alzheimer's, and the other one tested positive for AIDS. We can't tell which your husband's is."

"That's dreadful! Can't you do the test again?" questioned Mrs. Ward.

"Normally we can, but Medicare will only pay for these expensive tests one time."

"Well, what am I supposed to do now?"

"The people at Medicare recommend that you drop your husband off somewhere in the middle of town. If he finds his way home, don't sleep with him."

I think this is fabulous!

BBC Article

Police dogs in the German city of Dusseldorf are being trained to wear shoes to protect them against injuries from broken glass.
Dusseldorf's team of 20 German and Belgian shepherds are at risk from smashed bottles in the city centre, a police spokesman said.

Training to help the dogs get used to the shoes, which arrived two weeks ago, is said to be going well.

It is hoped that dogs will be wearing them on patrol next month.

Isn't there a camera, and a record of each person, their account and the amount withdrawn? Certainly at least enough info. to find out who took what.

They could all be facing charges.

Not really a smart move, IMO.

ATM gives shoppers double-money windfall

Thu Mar 20, 2008 1:52pm EDT

LONDON (Reuters) - A British cash machine became a big hit this week after it started paying out twice as much money as it should.

The ATM, outside a supermarket in they city of Hull in northern England, began spewing out double the money Tuesday afternoon and continued doing so for several hours, drawing a crowd of hundreds eager to cash in on the mistake.

Those requesting the maximum daily withdrawal of 300 pounds ($600) were being given 600 pounds and a receipt for 300.

"People were calling their mates up and telling them to get down there," the Hull Daily Mail quoted a passer-by as saying.

After several hours the machine finally ran out of money.

Payzone, a company that administers ATMs, would not comment in detail on the incident but said it appeared one of its machines had malfunctioned.

Police said those who had benefited could face charges but only if the operator complained.

Actually, I don't care to hump the football anymore either. Been there, done that. This one is fairly upright. Kinda like a dirt bike. Not for the short of inseam. Fits me like a glove and I'm pretty tall.

Not to mention, this one is under ten grand, brand spankin' new. I don't think you get too much H-D for that kinda scratch. I don't dislike Harley's at all. Just not my bag.
